I am not one to go online and complain but I feel this needs to be addressed. My last 3 visits to this location, I order my comfort French dip. And return home to find that the au jus, has been placed either upside down, or with the lid off, in the bag. Meaning, my car is soaked in au jus, the bag is completely soaking in au jus, my sandwich is soggy, and I have no au jus! I understand being busy and things do happen! But 3/3 visits with the same error, is just careless. I am extremely disappointed as this is my go to for a quick bite.

Went through drive through to order and was told to order when ready, half a second later got asked if they could help me find something.so ordered a classic beef and cheddar and before I got a second to order for the other family members was told to pull forward. Lady was in such a rush she wouldn't let me hardly speak so ended up not ordering for everyone else. Then after getting food somewhere else for the other family members I went to eat my beef and cheddar meal only to find out it was roast beef slapped in between a sesame bun instead of an onion bun and no sauce whatsoever. Terrible service at this place, can't honestly say I would ever go back

Turkey ranch bacon is my fave sandwich. Hits the spot! Fries were hot. Items were forgotten in my drive-thru order, but they made it right.

Quick stop in after shopping. We specifically asked for and confirmed the Ruben be cut in half. It was not. Minor thing, but important when sitting in the car splitting a meal.

Ordered a few things that were okay but my 6 piece chicken nugget had absolutely no chicken. Just about 15 dime size pieces of fried bits. Literally no chicken just dried out crunch. Normal size sauce packet for reference.
This place needs to close. Open another taco bell or McDonald's. At least it's consistent average food with no bad surprises.
