I’ll take some blame for getting a chicken sandwich from a place that does not specialize in that. The sandwich was terribly sad, now I remember why it’s been 10+ years since I have eaten Arby’s, fries were not hot. Shake was great! Lady working the window was giving lots of positive support to her co workers which was nice. But like little Cesar’s I’ll never eat at that chain again.

The original girl we got at the counter was really great! She was kind and friendly she appeared to be somewhat new although the manager was being rude to the staff, she would put off working on other orders and move to a different one, I was getting my 2 kids sat down and she yelled my name to come and get my food twice, same thing happened when we were in the middle of moving tables. She yelled my mom’s name repeatedly until my mom came and got her food. My mom ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich with the cheddar on the side and she made sure we only got half the cheddar that was supposed to go on the sandwiches. Put me off from going back to this store

Twice i went there. Ordered just the Greek gyro. Last night was just the sandwich. No napkins or sauces. Tonight, I was at the window. Asked for both sauces.... I got 1 napkins. Yall need to do better
Not a bad visit, food was good. I arrived at the correct time as fries just came up. So very good. Staff was great.

I don't even want to give stars but I am required to. My husband and I went and we got our fries with our order they were like rubber and old. The employee told us they were hot out of the fryer and that they were fresh. They were not even warm after 2 minuets so basically we had cold rubbery fries. Our burgers were cold and the buns were soggy and the cheese wasn't even melted and the meat was burnt and the bacon was way to salty and there was hardly any sauce and it normally comes with a decent amount on it. We felt sick after we ate. The customer service was very unfriendly with a manager who yells at all of her employees and cusses at them loudly and there was maybe 5 people inside and you could hear the entire drive thru orders being made and employees attitude along with it and the employees cuss and talk way to loud. With all the noise and chaos and the yelling and cussing going on you can barely hear them call out your name for an order in the lobby and my husband and I are both hard of hearing. The overhead music was too loud it was so loud I got a headache and it was even worse in the women's bathroom and my husband said that in the men's bathroom it sounded like employees were banging on the wall on the other side. There soda out of the soda machine inside it tastes watered down and it melts the ice and so the soda doesn't stay cold.

Upon ordering, I find there milkshake machine wasn’t working. If I wanted a broken milkshake machine I would’ve just gone to McDonald’s, but that’s a whole other issue. The order was simple, one might say quite basic - half pound roast beef meal and a beef and Swiss. For some reason, only known to the employee who decided more work was necessary, we were given a beef and cheddar instead of the half pound meal. Now normally that’s not a big deal, but the meat was so disgustingly bad, the sandwiches were inedible. In conclusion, will not be returning for at least a week.
P.S when I tried my drink which was supposed to be a delicious, refreshing Dr Pepper, I picked up on the taste of root beer. They think they are sly with hiding the mistake, but it’s there, always forever the horrible root beer flavor overshadowing the wonderful delicacy that is Dr Pepper.

Was in dine in and noticed green on my turkey! It was mold! So I asked for my money back and the manger working on 8/31/25 was really rude about returning my sandwich! Not a sorry or do you want anything else! Just said ur welcome rudely!!! The other staff was very friendly but not the manger!

I wanted to use my buy one get one and lady at drive through says oh we don't do that here !
Then she says we only do it on the ap and I said that's what I'm trying to show you !
Better hire some good help if you want to keep your customers!

The employee was extremely rude. Told me and my husband to hurry and to decide on what we wanted so they didn’t waste food. So I ordered food and drove off without my food and without paying.
