My daughter moved to Montana with her husband. He is stationed at Malstrom Air Force Base. My wife ordered a cake for my daughter's 25th birthday. The owner charged $60 for this cake. Quality & taste were freakin horrible. My wife gave the owner a week notice for this order, and the owner agreed that was plenty of time. The cake looked rushed. Then, when pickup time came, the owner told my wife a week notice was not enough time & she doesn't even do SpongeBob cakes. Why didn't the owner say this when the order was placed? Being dishonest to make money is a horrible characteristic for a business owner.Comforting to hear this cake was not rushed. I do have the text of you asking for more time cause your morning went side ways. So now my question is, Do you really consider this cake your best quality?? Order was for a marble cake. This cake was chocolate. We have a pic. Honestly, we did not complain because we did not want anything done to this cake in retaliation. I work in the Healthcare industry & deal with patients on a daily basis. I have to bring my A game & high quality service everyday. Our definition of quality seem to differ. I advise Montana resident's to get their cakes from Smiths, Sam's Club, Albertson's, or Wal-Mart.

I can’t thank Brickhouse Bakery enough! I am in AZ and my son lives in Greatfalls. Beautiful town! His birthday is coming up and I wanted it to be a memorable birthday for him. I contacted Brickhouse to help me in coordinating with me a special delivery as I won’t be there to celebrate with him. Without hesitation, I was met with a warm personality and a willingness to help me in making this happen. She was very communicative, personable, friendly and easy to work with. You just don’t have many people like that here in Phoenix and it made me so happy to know that they are still people that go above and beyond to make sure that a special occasion such as a birthday isn’t just another day. She delivered the cake to my son’s pleasant surprise and helped me celebrate through the miles of separation. Her work is gorgeous and no doubt tasty as well! I will not hesitate to stop by her shop next time I’m in town. To say, thank you just doesn’t seem like enough for my gratitude and assistance in helping make this happen!

Easily the best bakery in great falls! Her bagels are warm and tasty and the caramel rolls are actually my new addiction they're so good!! The owner is also very sweet and helpful. Will be a regular for the long haul!

Amanda is so sweet every time I go in. I ordered a last minute cake, and she accommodated my request. Her baked goods immediately hit you when you walk into the building. Everything is so fresh and delicious! If you want something fresh, delicious and to support a small business this is the place to go!

I ordered a cake for my husband’s birthday and they exceeded my expectations! It is better than I imagined. The cake was delicious and moist. The price is reasonably priced and the customer service is amazing. I highly recommend this bakery!!

I love this bakery. The cinnamon rolls are huge and swimming in this delicious buttery carmel like sauce. They don't taste like your traditional cinnamon roll, and at first I wasn't too fond of it, but let me tell you...it grew on me and now I CRAVE them. We ordered a giant cupcake cake decorated as a rainbow highland cow for our daughter's birthday, and the assignment was most definitely understood. It was so stinkin cute. My daughter loved it. We also ordered a dozen rainbow cupcakes with whipped frosting instead of buttercream. The cake itself is not cloyingly sweet; but everything was SO DELICIOUS. The communication with the bakery was fantastic. I rave about this place at work all the time. The only downside is that it's incredibly close to my house, and that's super dangerous. ?

Brick House stepped up! I couldn’t find cupcakes with certain dietary needs on a Sunday. Amanda took a surprise order of custom, dietary restricted cupcakes in the morning and had them ready within 3-4 hours, and suggested a great, unique flavor. For the quality and surprise order, I expected them to cost nearly twice as much as she charged. Such good customer service!

Yum! Seen the guy waving sign around outside for new bakery and I'm glad I stopped in! I got a house roll, Carmel roll, and a raspberry roll all of them delicious. Ate the cheddar bagel driving around town no cream cheese or nothing and it was so good couldn't stop eating! Can't wait to go back and try more things!
