We've been to Buffalo wild wings a few times in the service in the food was always wonderful however this time it was horrible. I have a lot of allergies and I got the bacon cheeseburger without the bread or any of the condiments and stuff like that which I'm used to but this burger was so overcooked that it was crunchy. They did not take anything off for not getting half of the meal which I probably wouldn't complain about it if the food was actually decent but it wasn't. My guy's burger was overcooked not very big and honestly barely edible. Matter of fact we decided to go get different food after we left. The only thing decent was the cheese curds and our waitress which was better than I figured it would be.
Dietary restrictions: Because I have so many allergies I know it's difficult for me to find something that I can eat. But when the waitress came back from talking to the chef he said that he couldn't do it and I get that but at the same time there was no discussion about it or anything like that even though my allergies are not totally severe and I could eat the food it was just him saying that he couldn't do that.

If I could give zero stars I would, waited an hour for our food and it came out ice cold but was on lunch break so had no time to fix it, told and older gentle man whom we thought was the manger and he did nothing server never came to our table other than to take the order and drop it off she has long dark hair and tattoos

Went in around 9:30 last night, with a group of 9, after the Fairfield wrestling meet and waited to be sat for about 5-10 minutes, until I stopped someone & asked to be seated, then once sat with menus, we waited quite a while to be greeted & get drinks & order food (that never happened, not one server came to our table). Then while still waiting, a group of high school aged girls came in and were immediately greeted & sat by a male server with long ponytail & then immediately greeted by a server & drink order taken. I understand there are usually sections but had multiple workers walk by us and seen us sitting & not one person cared to ask if we had been helped yet. We ended up leaving at 10 and went to chilis. Usually love the food and atmosphere but this was disappointing

I picked up my DoorDash order at 11:20am on 02/27/2025. I asked the dark hair lady at the front if it was ready, she said, “is it on the rack?” Like I don’t know, I don’t come here often, and that’s not my job to find that out! And she disappeared. Subpar customer service!!!!!! Like it literally ruined my mood. People need to realize that all of us are not working for DoorDash when we order through the app so you can’t treat all of us like garbage. And they didn’t provide napkins and forks!! Lastly, the wings are cold!

We were driving through on 14-Feb and placed an order via Ubereats. After an hour of waiting, and switching 3 drivers, our order wasn't showing up. When we called the restaurant, they said that the order should never have gone through since they did not have the sauces we had requested. But neither they nor uber eats contacted us to notify us of that or ask for an alternate choice. They then proceeded to tell us that we can cancel the order. When we repeatedly said that Uber wont refund us if we cancel and that the restaurant has to cancel, they said that they will tell Uber that they did not have the ability to fulfil the order and that we will get a refund. THEY LIED! Now Uber tells me that they cannot refund the 60 USD since the restaurant had already started preparing our order. Terrible customer service and on top of it they lied.

They act like they actively don't want people to eat their food. Every delivery order gets messed up, then they refuse to refund for food not delivered. It looks like my most recent order I will need to actually dispute the credit card charge with the bank. Then if you try to pick up, its not ready on time. Do not order take out from them.
Usually we have a good experience here but today wasn’t very good. My husband ordered takeout, some traditional salt and vinegar wings for himself and boneless buffalo wings for me. When he went to pick it up he was given someone else’s DoorDash order and he didn’t realize it. After we returned that and tried to get our order it was still wrong. They got the salt and vinegar wings, but instead of the boneless buffalo wings they gave us MORE salt and vinegar wings. By then we were annoyed an hungry so I sucked it up and had the extra wings but it wasn’t what I had wanted or what my husband had ordered for me.

I would give you guys a negative number, but there’s no option for that I ordered ranch with spicy chicken nuggets didn’t get the ranch. I ordered it through DoorDash, but it’s their fault that I didn’t get any ranch and they wouldn’t refund me for the meal. They said they refund me for the ranch to eat spicy chicken nuggets without ranch. The ranch is supposed to help mellow The out the manager was no help Only said that we can get a refund for the ranch or I can contact DoorDash but it wasn’t their fault. It was Buffalo wild wings fault

I recently visited this restaurant and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience with the nachos. There weren’t enough ingredients like meat, and the sauce wasn’t properly coated over the chips. To make matters worse, the sauces tasted old and sour, which made the dish nearly inedible. On the upside, the mushroom sandwich with onion rings was quite good. However, the inconsistency in quality between the dishes left me feeling dissatisfied. Sorry, but I don’t plan on coming back.

It's good to catch up with old coworkers. Great food. Thursday was bogo on boneless wings, but I wanted the Nashville chicken sandwhich. It was really good but could have been spicier. Fresh jalapeños instead of pickled ones, would be nice, too. But it was good and the fries were great.
