Most incompetent managers! Each time I have placed a to go or delivery order, something has been messed up with my order. It is not that hard to match the ticket of the order with the right food items. Assistant manager would rather scroll through facebook while bagging up orders instead of taking the time to make sure everything is correct.

We always order Togo due to 3 unruly children and every time we place a pickup order it is wrong missing items and not even the flavor wings we order, even though my husband insists we don't go back I always go back and try again.. tonight was the last time placed an order around 5:45 was told our order would be ready by 6pm it is now 6:52 and we are still waiting for our food! No acknowledgement from any staff member on the wait or how much longer. My husband has witnessed multiple people walk out the door due to not being helped. Not sure what's going on there lately but they need some serious help we will not be back to support the bussiness for a good while!

Please check your drinks. I think the issue may be the ice machine, but two separate people at my table had flies in their drinks; one alcoholic drink and one non alcoholic. When I informed the waitress, although she did comp the drinks, she didn’t seem very shocked about the fact that there was a bugs in them in the first place.
I've only dined here twice so far, but both times have been pretty good. When it's really busy, it can take a decent amount of time to get your order in, but after that, the food comes out fresh and hot.
I wanted to highlight one of the bartenders, Marcus. He has a great control of the bar, always tending to guests and being friendly and interactive. During opening day football, the place was swamped, but he and one of the managers were working hard and communicating orders/working together, which was honestly refreshing to see for a restaurant. And then for Veterans day today, I still got the same warm welcome and service, which is always greatly appreciated, so thank you!

We've been to Buffalo wild wings a few times in the service in the food was always wonderful however this time it was horrible. I have a lot of allergies and I got the bacon cheeseburger without the bread or any of the condiments and stuff like that which I'm used to but this burger was so overcooked that it was crunchy. They did not take anything off for not getting half of the meal which I probably wouldn't complain about it if the food was actually decent but it wasn't. My guy's burger was overcooked not very big and honestly barely edible. Matter of fact we decided to go get different food after we left. The only thing decent was the cheese curds and our waitress which was better than I figured it would be.
Dietary restrictions: Because I have so many allergies I know it's difficult for me to find something that I can eat. But when the waitress came back from talking to the chef he said that he couldn't do it and I get that but at the same time there was no discussion about it or anything like that even though my allergies are not totally severe and I could eat the food it was just him saying that he couldn't do that.

If I could give zero stars I would, waited an hour for our food and it came out ice cold but was on lunch break so had no time to fix it, told and older gentle man whom we thought was the manger and he did nothing server never came to our table other than to take the order and drop it off she has long dark hair and tattoos

Went in around 9:30 last night, with a group of 9, after the Fairfield wrestling meet and waited to be sat for about 5-10 minutes, until I stopped someone & asked to be seated, then once sat with menus, we waited quite a while to be greeted & get drinks & order food (that never happened, not one server came to our table). Then while still waiting, a group of high school aged girls came in and were immediately greeted & sat by a male server with long ponytail & then immediately greeted by a server & drink order taken. I understand there are usually sections but had multiple workers walk by us and seen us sitting & not one person cared to ask if we had been helped yet. We ended up leaving at 10 and went to chilis. Usually love the food and atmosphere but this was disappointing

I picked up my DoorDash order at 11:20am on 02/27/2025. I asked the dark hair lady at the front if it was ready, she said, “is it on the rack?” Like I don’t know, I don’t come here often, and that’s not my job to find that out! And she disappeared. Subpar customer service!!!!!! Like it literally ruined my mood. People need to realize that all of us are not working for DoorDash when we order through the app so you can’t treat all of us like garbage. And they didn’t provide napkins and forks!! Lastly, the wings are cold!
