I got served by a Mexican fellow with no shirt on and an absurd amount of chest hair present! He then touched my chin and said “ come here I know you want my whopper” SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Why are you sexually speaking to customers José?!?!?!?!

Workers were so rude it made me sick to my stomach. I am a latino who is completely understandable and able to order off of a menu but when arriving at the drive thru I mentioned that I know little English and I was met with a guy yelling at me to “take my order somewhere else”. To which I replied that I just want a chicken sandwich and again the guy yelled that he only speaks English and to leave (I ordered very clear in English) another female worker came on and told me she got my chicken sandwich (because I was easy to understand). I also had my (local to great falls) girlfriend on the phone who said I spoke very clear. It is so unfortunate in this day and age to see people and corporations so racist. Do better Burger King. I definitely will “take my order somewhere else” after that.

I go here for lunch often and the burgers are always hot and juicy not dried up like they've been sitting in the heat bins too long. Their broiled burgers tastes so much better than nasty McDonald's press fried burgers

Absolute trash service, employee obviously did not want to do his job or be at work. Asked for regular ketchup and they literally drowned it in ketchup, coffee was also extremely terrible and not the vanilla that I ordered.

not surprised as 90% of burger kings lack manning. always only 1-2 employees working no matter the time. takes anywhere from 5-15 minutes for food, and it’s usually wrong or cold
