My wife showed up to pick up a DoorDash order and was told by a employee since she had her McDonald’s shirt and had just got off shift to doordash to take her McDonald’s shirt off in the restaurant or leave the restaurant that is disgusting that a person would tell a pregnant woman to strip in public because of the shirt she was wearing that employee lacks professionalism and a basic understanding of human rights

So I know my time to get food was not the greatest. Although couldn’t really get food anywhere else at 1 in the morning. My girl just gave birth the day before and was hungry. Couldn’t order food at the hospital. Anyways dine-in was closed but drive through was open. Had to walk from hospital so of course I walked around to do take out. An energetic and kind man was gonna take my order but then I’m guessing the manager. Denied me in a rude manner. Walking away doing so. Couldn’t even say in person because she’s a douche. McDonald’s is better then Burger King.

Did a pick up at this location first time. The building was completely smoked out so couldn't stay even if I wanted to. I opened my take out order bag to check and they forgot my large onion rings which they gave me but then I get home and realized my supposed to be double cheeseburger was a small little one patty cheeseburger instead. Tried calling 3 times so they could make this right and each time no one answered. I am very displeased with this service. It was not busy and no reason for the abundance of mistakes

Long wait in the drive thru. In addition to a couple of other cars we had to put over and wait for our order. The food was warm instead of hot when it was brought out.

Don’t even waste your time. Spent 20 minutes in the drive through with at least 5 cars behind us waiting for “fresh fries” and the truck 2 spots behind got their order before us. The fries in our order were cold. I had to go inside to get my order. Will not be returning to this

I feel like I'm not wanted at BK and i'm BLACK that is all we eat back where i come from!!!!! NO!!! macdonald's!!!!!!! And I REALLY FEEL LIKE THEY ARE DOING SOMETHING WITH MY FOOD! i'm trying to be patient but i can only be patient for so long! This BK needs to do better!!! ASAP!!!!! ALSO there is an employee that works there we had a run in already and i did not appreciate how she treated me i don't want to retaliate but i am really feeling some type of way!!!!
I'm giving this 4 stars because there were only two workers during a Saturday lunch rush and my food was still fresh. The employees were friendly enough for having to deal with a rush. The tables were clean. The kitchen area was a little messy but there's not enough time to clean everything that's needed when there are two workers. The play area was open but in need of TLC.

The burger and fries were stale and sloppily put together, one of the two drink dispensers was out of most of the selections. The staff appeared to be very complacent in the duties of keeping the dinning area clean. There were more flies in the dinning area than patrons and staff combined. The floors were greasy as if the floor was mopped with greasy mops and water. The restrooms were filthy with no hand towels available. These observances were made at 10:30am. I have to wonder, if they are so careless in taking care of the dinning area, in what state is the kitchen. I for one will never visit another BK for the rest of my life unless things change.

Stopped on our way through town and was appalled at how nasty this place was. Right off the bat the card machine had fly feces all over the buttons and several Flys. The floor and seats/tables looked like they haven't been cleaned in quite a while. No ice, pop machine doesn't mix properly so sodas were pretty much no good. Very unpleasant experience overall.

This place has gone downhill! The food was horrible. Absolutely horrible. They didn’t have a lot of the food that they’re supposed to sell. They didn’t have a lot of the drinks they were supposed to sell and everything just tasted nasty. I have the spicy chicken sandwich and it was disgusting. I will never ever go back to Burger King on 10th Ave., South in Great Falls in Montana.

I have never seen a more filthy restaurant in my entire life! From the discussing men’s room to the deplorable condition of the kitchen to the incredibly poor attitude of the girl at the order counter. I only wish I would have taken pictures as words really can’t describe the total disgust. It is very clear that the owner, management and staff ready could care less about this establishment. BK head office and their regional manager should be ashamed of themselves. I dare them to let their families eat there. I will NEVER visit this restaurant again.
