Was greeted by a very professional and capable host and seated immediately without reservation. This however was followed by a 25 minute wait from an absent server (Colby) before even getting a drink order in. I understand peak hours but this was slightly ridiculous. This was then met with an absolutely perfect medium rare steak and one of the best ive ever eaten, so compliments to the chef. Aside from the server, this was an amazing experience and I would have to reccomend it in the future.

Had the pork chop loin special and loaded baker. 100/10. Tasted even better than it looks.
Food was ok.

Mediocre to say the least. Salad bar was subpar and the service was poor. Mind you the waitress was all nice and said her thank you’s but she had to come back to ask me again what type of wine I ordered. When I received my order she placed the HOT plate next to me instead of in front of me…like am I supposed to pick it up with my bare hands? I ordered sour cream and chives with my baked potato and got green onions and no sour cream and was charged for a Loaded Baked Potato for an extra $3. When I asked her about the $3 for green onion she just said…I should have told you, huh. And didn’t apologize for no sour cream. Steak (New York) was tough and tasteless. Don’t go!!!
Oh and banquet seats were worn and cracked. 5% extra to use a credit card. Place needs help.

Reservations for 7pm finally got seated at 7:45pm while waiting to be seated... we sat at the bar.. bartender was very unhappy and very disconnected. Had an attitude before we sat down. After getting seated at our table and asking who our waiter was several times... they had to find us one. The other two waitresses that were in the bar area looked miserable and very unhappy too.
Our waiter that was finally assigned to us, very new at waiting tables. Did his best to make us happy. Good luck if you have a large party!!

Reallly poor service, but that seemed to be with our particular server. Not with other servers working tonight. She took about 7 minutes to greet us, was in general inattentive. And completely disappeared when it came time for checks and boxes. Never offered refills or dessert.
As for the food. It was decent for the price. The steaks were very underseasoned. But cooked to perfection. Really skimpy portion of potatoes which was a bit disappointing.
Salad bar was okay. Wish the spinach salad wasn’t at the end, would have preferred that over the old iceberg mix.
As for the atmosphere: bring your sunglasses.! The host/ manager(???) kept his on top of his head. The restaurant was so bright it felt like an operating room.

Went out on a Wednesday night. Wasn't busy and not sure if they were short staffed in the kitchen and had our waitress helping but took a hour to get our food. Drinks were never refilled and she never came back to ask if we needed anything. Two of the people we were with never got their salad bar plates and some of the food was overcooked.

This pains me a great deal, i have always enjoyed examplory service and high quality of food. Tonight not so much. My clams (which i adore of theirs) came out bits of rubber. I ordered the 8 oz tenderloin. My first bite was a bit of gristle. Ok me a butcher and a chef the last little tail bit can have that. Then i started cutting into it. WAY to much connective tissue to be tender loin, BEAUTIFULLY prepared sirloin Baseball cut but in no way a tenderloin. I was offered the opportunity to go in the BACK away from any witnesses to talk to chef but I declined. I asked to speak to manager on duty and was given the runaround. So buyers beware. You ask for the 8 oz tenderloin you may get an 8 oz sirloin Baseball cut. It will be delicious but not what you are paying for. (And i had to go to McDonald's for a burger. Good thing right across the parking lot)
