I love chipotle’s food but this is one of the worst bowls I’ve ever received. I’m not sure if they’re just lazy with doordash orders or what but I ordered double chicken and it’s clearly only 1 scoop and a small one at that. Not only that but I can see the bottom of the bowl on BOTH ends..Won’t be ordering again unless I can watch in person. Stay away from online orders.

Love going to Chipotle!! The employees are so nice and always smiling!! Today they were almost out of steak and the guy that was on the grill asked us to wait 5 minutes to get us some fresh steak. We happily waited and he also gave us a sample of the steak before we ordered our meals.

this place was very disorganized. Had to remind them multiple times to even start our order. They were 30 minutes late.

This is literally the WORSE Chipotle I've ever eaten at. (And as you can see, I never write reviews for anything). I've eaten there twice and they messed up my order BOTH times. They gave me all the wrong items (only rice and meat, without anything else. Might I add, the meat was hard and the rice dry).
I was wondering why staff was smirking at me when they gave me the order. Now I know. They KNEW they had my order wrong. I mean, what is going on, did you run out of ingredients or something?
Oh, and I almost forgot. I called them to let them know and was referred to the help chat service with a bot. Then they decide to give me a free side of Guacamole for my troubles. HA 🤣 Like that's going to fix anything. Terrible. Never eat here.

You get a bowl of rice and beans with a few pieces of chicken for almost $12. Ordered through doordash. The portions of anything but the rice and beans are abysmal. The chips were also extremely salted. Y'all need a visit from corporate. I do not recommend this spot.

4 out of the last 5 times we've attempted to dine here (some lunch, some dinner) there were no fajita veggies on line (onions/peppers). We've mentioned it each time, are being told that all of the fajita veggies are prepared (cut/sauteed) in the morning for the ENTIRE day. When they are gone, they will not make more to keep them available for customers. Lack of common sense and poor management of people & resources to blame here.
