I was going to there frequently until the Larry l last year. Service is slow and kind of rude. Like I’m inconveniencing them by being there. The mobile app never works but still can charge my card and take my money. Been late to work more than once because the app didn’t work and I have to wait to order when I pull up to the window and still wake 20 minutes just for them to tell me that haven’t even stated my order. I won’t be going back there again.

Really tired of suddenly finding locations closed with no signs on either door or drive through! 8 cars in drive through on 10th, and one by one, we gave up and drove around, only to find lights off - on a Friday early afternoon. Please post a sign! I love City Brew, but it's become too inconsistent.

Well for the 3rd time in one week I show up to city brew just to not get serviced at 8:00am, they have a sign on there microphone that specifically states they are open at 7:30, kinda tired of waisting my time to get a coffee in the morning when I have been doing it for months, just going to find somewhere that actually will service there customers

Whether it's in store, drive through, or delivered, City Brew never lets me down. It's my favorite coffee in town. Their seasonal specials are amazing, and they completely changed my mind about pumpkin spice. Highly recommend.

I came in to get coffee for me and my husband. He ordered an iced white mocha. They gave us a hot one. I told them the drink was supposed to be iced. Instead of remaking the drink, they clearly gave us the same drink dumped over ice. It tastes gross and the order took forever to get to us in the first place. For more than 6 dollars per drink, it's not a lot to ask that it's redone correctly.
The coffee is always done right over here highly recommend

Cannot stand getting door dashes here , they push the drive through orders first and then work on the door dash order. Even if they noticed you standing there , no greeting or anything. If someone says hey ? you don't all 5 turn around and stare that's mean girl behavior.
