Pleasant atmosphere and people.

Usually very happy with the coffee and service. Unfortunately today, 3-2-2024, the drinks are horrible. They taste burnt, had to dump them out. Hopefully the quality gets better.

Went to city brew on 2-18-23.I decided to go into the lobby because I was driving a truck and I didn’t feel comfortable going through the drive-through. I walked in and I felt immediately not a good vibe going on in this establishment. I waited four minutes while three people walked by me continually didn’t even even look my way that worked there by the way didn’t ask me if I needed help or if I was ready to order anything. Finally one of the girls came over and took my order but I felt like I was bothering her. She told me what my amount was going to be so I asked her if I need to scan my gift card and she says …Oh I’m gonna have to redo it all over again I thought you were paying .I asked her if she was going to ask me for my name or scan because I do have their perks and that was a whole issue. I guess if a place of business is going to offer some sort of perks. They should maybe ask their guests/customers if they have a rewards card with them or a perk card. How many disappointed in the customer service yesterday I could see if they were busy, but I was the only one ordering and there were a few people in the lobby. Other than that in the drive-through wasn’t even busy. I tried to support local and I try to support small businesses, but if I’m going to be treated that way I might might as well go to Starbucks and get good service …do better City Brew… I tried calling this morning morning which is February 19, 2023 to speak to a manager and nobody would answer the phone❗️

Good coffee and food. However, horrible service. Rudest employee named Kloey. From the moment my family and I walked in she did not acknowledge us and when we went to order she was condescending and had attitude with each order given. The other employees were kind and attentive. Kloey ignored me when I asked her a question and then rolled her eyes. It's a shame because this is a great local business that's being ruined by one employee.

Went through the drive through to grab quick coffees on the go. Two cars in front of us. Took close to fifteen minutes to get to the window to find out they're just brewing a new pot of coffee if we would like to wait.No. Went to McDonald's 30 seconds away.

10th st one is great but the 3rd st one is aweful. Rude employees with poorly mixed drinks. 5 times in a row and I stopped getting my drink there and happily drove the extra 10 minutes across town.

I love city brew! I go there often with my sister before school and my drink always tastes delicious!! It is our go-to spot for a nice calm wake-up call. The staff are friendly and inviting!

Ordered three easy drinks in store. One person in front of me. 22 minutes later ( longest wait ive ever had in a coffee shop) left with three drinks, got in car and the small iced hot chocolate was a small mocha Frappuccino! 20 minute wait, left a tip and everything. Seemed as if workers were very overworked . I called to get my money back on the wrong order and after explaining everything the person did not hear a word I said but said their phone cut out. I gave up. It was a pretty pathetic experience. Sad.

BE KIND TO OTHERS

When the drive through rep tells you "with confidence" I add, they intentionally put in a sugar items when you order it sugar free and it explains why the morning one tasted sweeter and made me SICK. Some of us order sugar free because we can NOT have it. It explains the all too often unfriendly staff at this location. Lesson learned. City Brew, better flavored coffee but I'll stick w other local spots who are not mean, and listen. And a 5 tip for this? Plus the morning purchases? Not cool.

Very polite staff, but if you get anything iced they serve extremely watered down coffee. Once I thought I was given iced tea by accident. Stick with regular black coffee and espresso if you want it to taste anything like coffee.

Great place. Always enjoyed coming here. Friendly staff and good drinks. Couldn't taste the coffee in most of them. I considered that a good thing.

I went into the drive through bought a coffee and tipped so that the total came out around 6 dollars on my receipt. But for some odd reason 8 dollars left my bank account from that purchase
