Workers attitude was poor, rude,belittling short and angry, order sitting for ten minutes and all you need to do was put it in a bag pushed it aside and quit working on my order when asked for the receipt worker got angry and upset she got asked to do her job got told I didn't need the receipt rudely and angry, was also told by the worker that she didn't like my tone just trying to do my job to but attitude and bad actions and a bad mouth makes it hard on every, worker needs sent home for bad attitude and bad behavior in the work place being rude and disrespectful is unfair and bad for business..

City brew opens at 6 AM on Sunday so I went a couple of minutes after six drive-through wasn’t open. I went inside and she got nasty with me and said that they just opened. I ordered a hot coffee she gave it to me iced which wouldn’t have been a problem, but it was so overflowing it spilled everywhere. I ended up having to throw it away before I even left the coffee shop! The English muffin I ordered was hard as a rock will never go back!
The drive through worker (Kara P) was so rude when I had a question about what I ordered and literally threw in my face if I didn't like it that Starbucks was just down the road. I have ALWAYS had a good experience and the staff has always been so nice and courteous. I get that people have bad days.. then dont work the drive through. And I have to mimicking a previous review where when going through the drive through I felt like I was bothering them and putting them out.

When you think of a Montana Coffee shop this is what would come up. I have been on vacation and this coffee shop was one of the places I stopped by to do some work. The WiFi is fast and I am able to video calls from it. The coffee is 10/10 I got a caramel macchiato and it was a perfect blend of sweet and coffee flavor. The atmosphere was montana. Loved the homie fireplace and comfortable furniture. Would recommend
