I went to City Brew and asked if they had raspberry syrup, they said yes so I asked for a vanilla latte with raspberry cold foam and they very rudely said “We only have vanilla cold foam.” So when I got to the window I asked if they were able to make other flavors of cold foam and she again, very rudely said “We just don’t make other flavors.” My server was Cassidy R. And I definitely won’t be back at city brew again. I’ll stick with local where I can get exactly what I would like plus way better service.

I visited City Brew on a Sunday and ordered two iced caramel macchiatos. While the staff were friendly, the drinks were disappointing. They had very little coffee flavor and tasted mostly watered down. Although I requested them iced, they were served with minimal ice and were warm. I had high expectations based on all the positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to the hype.

Whenever I go in the vibes are just immaculate. Good matcha, best service (especially the server Rebecca, she's literally my bestie I love her), overall good experience. 10/10 would recommend!
