Cold Stone Creamery

Just got back from Cold Stone Creamery. Well, we were giving them a second chance from last time we were there. We will definitely not be going back. The service was really slow, and they charge you double for what you get. Barley a scoop in each order and I had the LIKE it size, and my Granddaughter had the LOVE it size. And then this gentleman came in and ordered 2 medium shakes. Not only did he have to wait forever for his order he had to wait another 10minutes to get the second shake. The first shake was only 1/2 full and melting but the second shake was also 1/2 full. I know times are tough right now, but this is just so wrong.

The server seemed bothered to wait on me, I asked for my order to go and she handed me the cream cup with a spoon shoved in it and tossed a lid on the counter when I asked for a bag she tossed it on the counter as well I asked if I was supposed to package it myself and she walked away. Not a happy customer.

Paid $14 for 2 small bowls of ice cream. The first one she dumped on the cold stone and added the first ingredient. She didn't even really mix it and then she put it in back in the bowl and just put the second ingredient on top. The second bowl she didn't even bother mixing on the cold stone, she just put it straight into the bowl and put the add ins on top. WTH!! Having worked in retail for many years and dealing with the public I don't really like to complain. Dealing with the public these days sucks. So I said nothing, just paid the bill and left but what a disappointing visit. My friend had never been to a cold stone before so I guess I over-hyped it cuz I love coldstone but had never been to this particular location myself. Will I go back again? Probably, cuz everybody has off days. Gotta give the place another chance, it's the right thing to do. If it happens next time I'll speak up, but tactfully and not Karen like.

Lita was very sweet and made my ice cream with care. The ice cream was very good and I enjoyed my time dining in.

They were good...I don't know what happened though. Too bad it sucks now & I don't recommend this place anymore.

Gave them another go but they somehow got messier & worse quality yet $2 more. Lady couldn't communicate properly so there were mess ups. Scooters were not cleaned properly & I know this b/c I got a peanut taste even though I didn't even order anything nut-related. Absolutely gross (lucky I'm not allergic to it). Wish this is zero stars.

Was busy, and expecting a wait. But doing three orders in 30 mins is a little long. The two people working made it very obvious they didn’t want to be there. One worker went to the back for a few minutes as there was 14 people in line. And the other one was wearing blue gloves, as she was standing there listening to the orders, decided to pick her nose! We immediately left. And the other lady was preparing the ice cream with no gloves. And wiped her hands on her pants! There should be some health check.

Do you want someone’s toddler fingering your shake? Don’t order delivery from here until they update their packaging.

It's not real!!

Ordered 2 large and was given two smalls. Then the employee threw a fit when asked for the correct sizes. Middle aged woman with curly hair.

I ordered a cake the day before and paid for it and left a tip because they were writing on it for me I asked to pick it up by 4:30pm and when I got there only a minute early they knew my name but they couldn’t find the cake and that was because the cake was not done. They said that they didn’t have the color frosting I asked so that was why they didn’t have it done. They asked me if I could come back until someone could write on it and when I said no I need the cake now she said or she is ok with taking it as is. When getting the cake home it was falling apart and just a mess. Very disappointing.

Lady in the mint teal handkerchief on her head was pretty rude to a lady that they seemed to be training when a dasher came in. She acted like she wanted to run the floor solely by herself, not cool.
She also couldn’t mix my bowl properly nor understand that I only wanted one ice cream so gave me a mix instead when I said it a good few times unfortunately.
At the very least the lady they were training was very nice and the only one to tell us to have a good day. Hopefully she lasts long.

Server wasn’t wearing any gloves and touched the ice cream multiple times. Health code violation and simply nasty for customers to view

The person who took my order was nice. I placed the order Friday afternoon and was able to pick up the custom ice cream cake for my daughter on Sun. I was a few hours late picking it up, but they were really nice about it. My daughter doesn't like regular oreos (only golden oreos), so she got white chocolate chips added, but throughout the cake, there were black spots of what looked like regular oreo pieces. I was ok with that since the pieces weren't that big, and you couldn't really taste it. My issue was the piece of hair that we found stuck in the middle layer of the ice cream cake. Luckily it was a piece that my husband was eating and not me lol. We were grossed out finding the hair. Maybe we'll give them a try again in the future as things like this can happen from time to time and probably doesn't reflect the hygiene of this store. Unfortunately, right now, we dont plan on going back anytime soon.

Delicious ice cream, you can mix fruits for a better flavor. There is a lot of variety of flavors
