Server wasn’t wearing any gloves and touched the ice cream multiple times. Health code violation and simply nasty for customers to view

The person who took my order was nice. I placed the order Friday afternoon and was able to pick up the custom ice cream cake for my daughter on Sun. I was a few hours late picking it up, but they were really nice about it. My daughter doesn't like regular oreos (only golden oreos), so she got white chocolate chips added, but throughout the cake, there were black spots of what looked like regular oreo pieces. I was ok with that since the pieces weren't that big, and you couldn't really taste it. My issue was the piece of hair that we found stuck in the middle layer of the ice cream cake. Luckily it was a piece that my husband was eating and not me lol. We were grossed out finding the hair. Maybe we'll give them a try again in the future as things like this can happen from time to time and probably doesn't reflect the hygiene of this store. Unfortunately, right now, we dont plan on going back anytime soon.

The server did not seem to understand my order. The waffle cone was stale and cracked so the ice cream was leaking out before I could check out. The mix ins weren’t but lumped in the bottom of the cone. The ice cream had the texture of cool goo, yuck.
The restroom was clean.

Went to go enjoy a beautiful icecream cone late at night while having the munchies. Went to the store and they closed a whole 30 minutes early ? lazy employees these days are insane!

Horrible service. My son went in there last week to pick up his dad's birthday cake. They were very rude and refused to write on the cake. The bottom of the cake was all mushed together and the graham crackers had finger prints all around. We will never purchase another cake there again.

Store says they close at 9pm, it was 830pm and they already had the store closed for the night. If theyre going to be closing early, they need to announce different hours.

Ice cream was not good and brownie was very dry and not mixed in. Very disappointing for over priced ice cream, workers looked upset that we asked for mix ins

Cold Stone Creamery offers a sweet treat with friendly service, which makes for a pleasant experience. The ice cream is delicious with lots of fun mix-ins to choose from. However, the prices are on the higher side, so it may not be an everyday stop. But if you're looking for a special indulgence, it's worth it!

Went to get an ice-cream, there was parchment paper that normally covers the top but was in the middle of my scoop! Service was great, just thought this was gross.
