Do not go here if you are not prepared to at least spend 30 minutes in line. They desperately need more staff. The two workers were working non stop and clearly could not keep up, but they didn’t have a lot of hustle in their step either. Not only could they not keep up with ice cream orders but they spent no time cleaning. The tables were dirty and I watched the jug of milk get left out for the entire 45 mins we were there. The waffle cone making station was DISGUSTING! Makes me worried that the line where they’re making ice cream was not cleaned either. We will not be returning. Also the prices for this franchise have gone up so much. $7 for a small one scoop is too much for what you’re getting.

Stop leaving your TRASH and empty boxes on the ground out back. You’re making ALL of our businesses look like garbage. The trash can is like 100 feet from your door. I’ve been watching the trash pile up for over a week now. Pretty close to reporting y’all. Stop being LAZY or hire some workers that at least PRETEND to have some kind of work ethic.

Yikes! This cold Stone location has gone downhill. The service used to always be wonderful, but I wasn’t even met with a smile or a hello from the employee today. Talk about skimping on the toppings too. I ordered the same signature creation that I have been getting for years and when I commented that it looked a little skimpy on the toppings. She tried to explain to me that the toppings were mixed inside, so that was why I couldn’t see them… As if I didn’t know how Coldstone worked ? well as I sit here in my car eating it, there is little to no toppings mixed throughout, just as it seemed. It’s just strawberry ice cream, and strawberries. Hardly any caramel or graham cracker. Waste of $8

It's OK. It takes FOREVER if there's anyone in there. The ice cream is extremely limited flavor selection. It's also served all melted, they keep it warm so the ice cream is soft throughout so they can stir in toppings. The non dairy chocolate was inedible and was thrown away after 3 tasts. The low sugar took 4 tastes before it to was garbage. 12 bucks for 30 minutes in line for garbage. Oh well we went back and tried regular with toppings. That made the ice cream runny and was was more like soupy pudding. This time it was 16 bucks and very disappointed. Sure miss Baskin Robyn's

The service was mediocre... one of the workers decided to do soemthing in the back while the line was backed up to the door. When we finally got service 30 minutes later. The ice cream we got was partially frozen. We won't be back.

The service was pretty good. Staff was friendly and polite. However, the ice cream is practically melted. You can see the ocean sweating in the freezer. To spend $15 on melted ice cream, is ridiculous. I've been to many cold stone's, and this is the first one to sell me a scoop of melted ice-cream. I got mine in a cone, which was a mistake. I had to rush home because it was dripping down my whole arm. Once I got home, I put it in a bowl to eat it.

I never thought I’d be leaving a bad review for this place, but the past half year or so every single time I go in I wait at least an hour, whether there’s 2 or 10 people in front of me. Employees constantly go to the back, not sure what for, on their phones, not friendly, look mad. I don’t think I’ll be going for quite a while. This is the only ice cream I like in great falls and I cant bring myself to wait an hour in line every time I go and be treated like I’m just another annoyance to the employees.

I’ve never gone out of my way to write a negative review of a place before. However, I just find myself pretty frustrated after my last experience today at this cold stone. Ice cream is up to six dollars for a small which is a bit much but i understand that, I also understand that a small should be one scoop or at least fill the small container. However I visited this cold stone today and ordered two small ice cream‘s. Unfortunately, the person who made mine chose to scoop the melted ice cream at the top of the bucket and use so little it did not even fill the small container and was melted completely liquid before I could even pay for it. My wife’s thankfully was made by a different person and she got a normal size ice cream for hers…how it should be. When questioned politely the person who gave me the small cup defended it and shrugged me off. Just felt like poor customer service and left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t think I’ll be going here again.

Ordered online-went to pick up and there was a note taped to the door that they closed at 5pm instead of 9pm. I was charged already for the ice cream. Went today to speak to them about a refund. Worker attempted to refund me online but she said it wasn't working so she gave me cash back. Went home and checked my online banking and found that I was charged for the full amount again. Not very happy.
