It's not the food it's the work environment. I was recently hired on knowing I have medical issues both physical and mentally and that I have panic attacks at times. Also it has been over a year since I worked a job.
The other day I had a dizzy spell and feeling lightheaded at the same time. I was asked if I was ok and I said to be honest no. I told the truth of what I was feeling and the GM Wolf sent me home and then took it upon himself to cover my two shifts yesterday and today and decided not to put me on the schedule with his reasons being
I'm missing too much work when I was only scheduled to work 20 hours a week due to my schedule with mental health appointments at Many Rivers and my regular doctor's at Benefis Family.
Because I mentioned to other coworkers how I struggled with following my doctors orders on medication before I got back on medical insurance.
I did turn in a doctor's note that released me to work on the 12th of this month since I fell ill with diarrhea and such. He assumed I was still not taking my medicine correctly and that I was ignoring what my doctors have told me. When I told him that I had it under control that I can work he still refused saying I need your doctor to confirm that you are taking your medicine accordingly and correct. I also feel with me going home early so to my medical issues that he hired me knowing I had all of these issues.
I feel like he forced me to say the words I quit.
I am also guilty of doing this so forgive me because if I did I was being slow and not holding up to the standards.
They do not change their gloves when putting raw product into the fryers or when they take the hamburger to place on the grill to cook then turn around and continue to prepare your sandwiches.

I went through the drive thru tonight and first off started customer service was very short and rude then they had us pull up and wait 20 minutes! For a kids meal and a couple burgers. On top of that they forgot my daughter’s ice cream.

Always a fan favorite! Nice to see people eating at this Dairy Queen.
I don't eat fast food frequently, but have always loved Dairy Queen for their Blizzards and a few other items on their menu. This location is my favorite in Great Falls, mainly because of the employees and the excellent customer service they provide. The people who rant "the younger generation has no manners, respect, or work ethics" need to go to this Dairy Queen, watch and listen to them. Each time I've gone, the employees have treated me respectfully, been kind and even when I had to wait for my order, I didn't mind. It was fresh and brought to my car by a very nice young man, who apologized for my having to wait. Food has been fresh each time I've gone. You guys are rockin' it, DQ.?
P.S. Please have cotton candy Blizzards year round. ?

A friend and I went to the drive thru at this location. We ordered a Pecan Mudslide and a sundae and we planned to go to the park and eat them. The person at the window gave me the sundae and it took approximately 7 minutes to give us the Mudslide. By that time the sundae was half melted and the Mudslide had started to melt. It was obvious the mudslide had been sitting there for awhile. I asked her why the long wait and all I got was a blank stare and her mouth was open and she closed the window. By the time we got to the park a few blocks away we had nothing but a mess. We have gone through this process in the past but not with a disaster like this. This locations service has been going down hill for awhile now.

This DQ is one my daughter have to come to every year we're in Montana for harvest. This year was exceptional. The workers took great care in making the food, and making sure we were good and all set. A big mention, my 16 year old daughter noticed how much fun the workers were having and seemed like they enjoyed their job and co-workers!! Kuddos tonthe staff and managers for running a great DQ!! We wanted to tip but I didn't have cash on me. We'll be back next summer and will happily tip when we're there!! ?
I was welcomed in, and my order was taken immediately. My blizzard was delivered immediately. I waited a very long time from my food and when I opened up my hamburger it was dripping with too much mustard and ketchup. I had to go back to the counter and ask for a drier bun. I thought they pre measured stuff that went on burgers these days
