I placed an online order and waited 2 hours, called the store multiple times with no answer. The person picks up on the 10th call and says he can’t deliver my pizza. The place has horrendous customer service won’t be ordering from this incompetent, inconsiderate, negligent people again.

Well for the fourth time at this location in town my order has been messed up nothing huge garlic crust which is the best part in my opinion. So I try and rectify with a phone call. 30 calls and a half hour latter I finally get an answer to which I’m argued with about the order. And how they know the made it right I’m sending a slice back so they can look at it probably toss it. The manager wouldn’t give me her name so just know if you can get through o. The phone your probably not right and they will mess it up again over all this specific location is a bust when it comes to customer service and food quality

Pretty sure they made my cinnamon twist out of bread bite dough because it looks the same. Out a dollar a pop I would assume a little bit better quality.

Absolutely inexcusable rude behavior by 2 ladies working on Sunday night, 11/3/24. Front lot completely dark. Ordered online and followed tracker showing ready. Front door says they will bring it to you with instructions. After several minutes and no pizza I attempt to go in front door. Doors are locked. 2 ladies inside see me standing inside and just stare at me like I am intruding. I knock loudly. They stare again and then give me a a “duhhhh” look and point to other side of restaurant. I’m from out of town. Never been to location. Find drive thru window - and herp a derp lady 1 says “I have a skeleton crew so I’m not letting people in”. No apology. And pizza is luke warm. Absolute trash employee conduct and customer service. Stay away

Delivery driver Stormi refused to hand me my full order. Decided to leave & come back after 15 min with my lava cake and drink. Also decided to EAT my lava cakes!! She should've just never came back and kept them for her self along with the soda.
