Ambience and aesthetics are very pleasing. However, we showed up quite early in the night and only saw our server twice (no diss to her she was awesome and super sweet) but there was mention that they were understaffed. We both ordered ribeye steaks and when they came they were completely charred and judging by the smell, the grill hadn't been cleaned in a while. Steaks were woefully under seasoned and we both tried to eat as much as we could but just couldn't bring ourselves to have another bite of them. Steaks should have a crust I agree but these were just charred, bitter tasting, and ashy. Sides were good and the drinks were good. I would go back for drinks but I wouldn't order food again, not for the price we paid.

My ribeye steak was so tough I'm had to ask for a sharper knife even then I took it home for my dogs. My husband‘s halibut was very salty. We did not enjoy our dinner at all. It was very expensive.

I come into to Great Falls several times a month for Business. Vanessa has the best customers service I’ve experience in a long time throughout multiple States. I know from experience to turn around and walk out if I don’t see Vanessa. She makes this place worthwhile. Know one else makes my cocktails the same and the other 20 something yahoos could stand to learn a thing or two about how to treat their customers

This is a great addition to the Great Falls Montana dining community. This was a wine pairing that was carried out perfectly in terms of timeliness, the quality of the food and the wine, and the delivery of it to the table in an organized fashion together with moderation from the restaurant tour and the provider of the wines. It’s really good, the cocktails are delicious and the food is yummy. My one “complaint” is it seems like there isn’t much of an in between a bite and a full scale meal. We weren’t in the mood for steaks so we got a bunch of appetizers which were good, but didn’t quite hit the mark for me. The vibe here is upscale and modern. It’s a good cocktail lounge
Vegetarian options: Decent amount of veggie items that are flavorful. Not too much vegan
Dietary restrictions: They could modify some stuff based on the vibes

This used to be one of my favorite downtown establishments. Went with a group planning on a nice evening out with coworkers. Waitstaff was incredibly rude and would not serve us as they stated there would be a $750 charge for the group just to be there. It was a Monday night and there were plenty of open tables. Very disappointing experience, we all left, and won't be returning or recommending.
Awesome experience at Enbar. Atmosphere is super cool; feels high end but not over indulgent. Service was great; my server named 'Life' was great but was not the only one to serve me and ask how I was throughout my meal. Food and drinks were as advertised. I kept is simple with a Greek salad with two proteins (shrimp and steak) and a Negroni which was only $9 for a perfect craft cocktail and overwhelmed with too much ice as many craft bars tend to do.

Our Server was perfect, our meal, all courses, were wonderful. Only negative is that we couldn't get a cup of coffee with our desert. Great meal felt kind of unfinished as a result. Honestly wouldn't have ordered desert or that last glass of wine had we known we wouldn't have coffee available to enjoy with it.
