Ambience and aesthetics are very pleasing. However, we showed up quite early in the night and only saw our server twice (no diss to her she was awesome and super sweet) but there was mention that they were understaffed. We both ordered ribeye steaks and when they came they were completely charred and judging by the smell, the grill hadn't been cleaned in a while. Steaks were woefully under seasoned and we both tried to eat as much as we could but just couldn't bring...
I come into to Great Falls several times a month for Business. Vanessa has the best customers service I’ve experience in a long time throughout multiple States. I know from experience to turn around and walk out if I don’t see Vanessa. She makes this place worthwhile. Know one else makes my cocktails the same and the other 20 something yahoos could stand to learn a thing or two about how to treat their customers
If you attempt to call them, their mailbox has been full for days and I guess it's a very nice business model. They have where they don't have to respond to anybody that's looking for information. Beyond that, the food atmosphere and service is terrific.
