I can't help but notice this place seems to be going downhill. Both the food and the service. I hope owners can figure it out what's changed and change it back to the way it was before. This used to be my favorite restaurant in town.
The pizzas here are to die for! All of the ingredients are fresh and on the best crust in town. I’ve never had a surly server or a skunky beer. The space is trendy and well cared for and I always have a wonderful dining experience!
So, i dined here a couple months ago after a fly fish trip. I didn't have very high expectations, but the reviews looked great.....i mean...it was a pizza joint!! =) But low and behold, i ordered the pizza and french onion soup!!! OMG.....the French Onion Soup was FANTASTIC!!! it was thick, it was creamy, it had great flavor and i yearned for more!! so much more that I went on a trip to France recently and ordered french onion soup every day and NEVER found anything as good as Fire Artisan Pizza! Grady and his cooks need to enter this in some competition!!! I hope to make a trip again to Great Falls and have another bowl....or 2!!! Grady...thanks again for chatting the other day and helping me get some ideas for my own pot of soup!! oh...and the Pizza was great as well!!!
Sunday Brunch was relaxed, but quickly seated and served. My breakfast flatbread pizza was delicious! We'll be back.Food: 5/5
Enjoyed a lunch combo special of half pizza and salad on a busy Friday lunch hour. Had the supreme and the spinach salad. All was very fresh and tasty! Great service and perfect environment to enjoy good food and chat.
One of the best places for pizza, soups, and salads in town. I love their crust and the French Onion soup is to die for. I also love to see locally owned. The owner is fantastic!
Artisan pizza is the only pizza we will take time to eat, so we were excited about visiting Fire. If my wife hadn't ordered a beer already we would have walked out. Over the top expensive for what was offered. The vegetarian pizza would have been fantastic with an offering of prosciutto as an alternative topping. Was shocked when the resurant didn't even carry prosciutto. The waitress didn't even know what that was. We ordered the lunch special (half pizza, soup or salad). I swear, the first bite of pizza reminded me of the flavor of a Pizza Hut pizza crust. The topping choices are no different than a regular pizza, the only difference is they are fired in a brick oven.
Original toppings and fantastic crust. Waitstaff is good. Noise level is over the top and it is what keeps me away in cooler seasons when outside patio is closed. I would give food a 5; physical a 1. Prices are high.
Visited Great Falls and had pizza, artichoke dip and tried the onion soup everything was delicious our waitress was the best.
Great atmosphere, wonderful food and wine, and really nice people. You will not be disappointed. This is one of our favorite spots in Great Falls.
Fire offers a wide variety of wood fired pizza and salads. Our group of 8 came in for lunch and started with their free artichoke dip appetizer since this was our first visit to Fire. Then each of us chose the lunch special which is 1/2 a pizza, salad or soup and a beverage for $16. You can select from any of their pizzas or salads and we each tried something different and everyone was very pleased with their selections. I'm often disappointed in wood fired pizza because the crust tends to burn in places but this was perfect! The attached picture reflects my selection which was the mediterranean salad and the pesto pizza. YUM!
There are 8 of us and everyone loved their pizzas today as well as the salads. Excellent service and this place is great. I don’t see how they could be rated 15th, definitely in the top 5.
The food here is SO GOOD. The options for the different appetizers, drinks, and main pizzas you can get are excellent. The service was pretty good, but don't expect to be served very fast all the time, as it can get fairly busy and they only have so many chefs and servers. It's got a great location in town, and if you like a louder, more lively atmosphere, this is a great stop while you're exploring downtown Great Falls.Definitely bringing our families here when they come to visit.
This place was fenominal. We had breakfast pizzas and lunch pizzas. Seemed a little pricey when we sat down but was worth every penny and the quality, quantity and price ratio was spot on. I would take all of my friends there when they came to town if I lived in Great Falls.
This is seriously the best pizza I have ever eaten! Give them a try, you won't regret it.
