I'm glad I went here. This was a wonderful find and a great place to eat. If you're looking for something filling, healthy, and not heavy, I recommend this place. It was so good that I was really tempted to get another bowl to go. Instead when I made it back to my place, I did my best to recreate the dish I had. The Brazilian style bowls are unique and delicious and add a much needed alternative to the bleak culinary variety in this area. With so many options to choose from there is something for everyone to enjoy. Don't forget to grab some Pao De Queso (cheese rolls) with your meal.
We heard about 5 on Black from a friend who is a health nut and said we needed to try it. What a great explosion of flavors I've never tasted before! The prices have gone up a bit, but the food is amazing and you get a lot for the cost. One of our favorites stops!
