If I could I'd give this place a 0 stars but the tomato soup makes it 1. Came in after that Parade of lights and was told in a very rude and cold tone that they were closed... at 7:00 pm on a Saturday. So glad we drove all the way across town to be told no. The door and online says 9. I guess we will take our money to another restaurant. I suggest you call to make sure they are open before driving to the desolate side of town.
Chris is a very good server and so friendly

Worst service I've ever experienced in my life. If you aren't one of their daily locals, don't bother. They don't want you there and they don't want your money. They make that very clear.
To top it all off our server had long dirty fingernails...Just imagine who they hide in the back making your food!!!
Food is trash. Tasted like everything was from a can or frozen. They also didn’t have real butter for their frozen pancakes. 😢

I very much enjoy coming to 4B’s! (And Thanks TripAdvisor!) I originally started eating at JB’s (Another Restaurant in Great Falls, Mt.) over 30 years ago, twice a week like clockwork meeting with friends and business associates. It was back many years ago that I met Nikki who was my primary server at JB’s. I’m a disabled Veteran and back then my PTSD was quite severe. JB’s was one of the very few restaurants I felt comfortable going to. Nikki was, and still is, a very caring individual; she understood the challenges that I faced in public places at the time. JB’s restaurant subsequently closed a year or two ago… So, why did I start to go to 4B’s? Most definitely a big draw was the fact that Nikki started working there after the closure of JB’s. The following is the reason that I share this appreciation of Nikki and now with all who work at 4B’s. 4B’s has a tremendous “Family” atmosphere! And the food is Fabulous! If you want, you can have breakfast anytime of the day. Anything you select is going to be very enjoyable. On the days that I go to 4B’s I generally arrive early and get the pleasure of being greeted by one server. For the life of me I can’t recall her name…because I just call her “New Yorker”. She has a wonderful “Good-Morning”! for me with her delightful New York accent and beautiful smile. Another server is “Ellen”, who is magic with everyone! I especially like to watch her with the young children that come in. These kids immediately become hers, especially the ones she knows well. And now the kindest soul who I call a Gentle Giant would be Chris. I'm not only talking about his stature, but I’m also talking about his heart. If you want to see him light up, ask him about his kids! I want to give a very brief background on me. One of the departments I oversee in my business is the “Teaching/Training and Evaluating of Attitude and Customer Service”. So, I know a thing or two about attitude and customer service and how it directly impacts success or the lack of success in a business. All that happens in 4B’s does not happen by accident. It is due to excellent leadership! A seminar that I have is called “Gravity”. (“Attitude & Customer Service” starts at the top and then Gravity does the rest.) 4B’s is a prime example of the right kind of “Gravity” at work. Brandon & Marg who both oversee the staff at 4B’s are two very wonderful people who happen to have a tremendous arsenal of experience in the “People” business. Brandon, who immediately impressed me with what I can only describe as a manager who walks his talk. And his “Walk” is that his team, from the people in the back to the servers in the front, are his primary and first concern. He knows that if his staff is taken care of, then customers will be taken care of. I don’t know Brandon as well as I would like to…(yet); but I almost feel his relationship to his staff is almost innate. In my experience, this quality that he exemplifies not all GM’s have; this characteristic you either have or you don’t. Bottom line is that he cares! Maybe he is on his “Best Behavior” because his wife, and, I believe, his mother-in-law, (both wonderful people) work there as well…😉 Next is one who I can only describe as a “Rock”. Someone you know has your back; first for her team, and then, to you the customer. This wonderful person is Marg! I can say this because I have had the pleasure of getting to know and watch her both here at 4B’s and JB’s for some years. She doesn’t say much, but when she smiles it says everything. She always leads by example, demonstrating the desired behaviors and values she expects from her team, inspiring trust and also exemplifies this by walking her talk and actively participating in the work. I say she is a “Rock”, because she is absolutely someone who you can unquestionably count on! I need to tie this up… Back to Nikki! She is more than a server, she’s, My Server. She is my friend. The one thing that I can tell you about her is that she will take care of you. I mean that wi

We've Went here before and it was good but its been a while since we've been here. So this time we got a grilled cheese and fries and the grilled cheese was sad, the 1 square cheese wasn't even melted and the bread was barely even toasted. Got a burger and fries too and the fries portion was also very pitiful, maybe a hand full of fries and that was it. I got the Benedict breakfast and it was good no complaints, was delicious, i recommend. and I do love how much the soda had fizz. The environment is nice but the cooks could do better, just saying. Just choose wisely of what you order.
