If I could post pictures, you would understand my review. Ordered all my beef products medium rare. Forget that, they were all well done, like hockey puck over done. I sent them back and got an attitude from the server. He told me they were perfect and didn't know what I was saying. ok. Was he eating my food? Did he order it? NOOOOOO,! Got my to go order home and so over done still, burned and not appetizing. The onion tower was so burned, you could smell the char, before I even opened the Styrofoam to-go box. Not only was the food not to liking, it took over 30 mins (sitting at the bar for a to-go order) to get service...hahaha, but the 2 cute ladies that sat down after me got served super quick. Never again. Horrible. Might want to advise your staff it's not cool to talk ill will about a paying customer when the customer is still sitting there. I heard everything the server said about me.

Love the people and their food is really good

It took over an hour to get food..the server was nice..my husband wasn't impressed with mediocre burrito..it was small .daughter had shell in eggs..hollandaise sauce was a little off

We waited over an hour for a few burgers, but they informed us that they had dropped them. We did receive our appetizer, which was pretzels and cheese curds, but the portions were small and they also took a long time. Overall, it was not a good experience.

I think your review might be a little one-sided. It's definitely good to get both sides of the story. I've also experienced Clarissa's service, and after about 5 years of her service, I've never seen her treat her customers rude or even close to poor. I can almost guarantee she read this review and cried! The service industry is a hard job. Trying to please every different personality type can become overwhelming! So please dont judge a person on 1 interaction. That is absolutely not fair. And if you witnessed the event, you would have seen that the place was packed, the customers were warned ahead of time about the wait, and these particular customers your talking about, were so packed together, she would have dumped the water on the table, if she tried to put them on the table herself. Please be fair and have more than 1 experience with an establishment and more than 1 experience with a sweetheart of a waitress. Thank you for your kindness❤️

our waitress was great, but I can't say the same for the manager!!! She's just not a very nice person and is VERY RUDE!! If the food and waitresses weren't so awesome I wouldn't eat there..

64 TV's one of the best sports bars in the area. Add in very good diner type food and Taco Treat and you have a winner.

Parking: Large lot to the west so I can park a grain truck.

I think the halftime should just get rid of the shake a day all together I I understand the bar sometimes gets too busy for the shake a day so they moved it to the casino. That’s all good but when the casino has no time for a shake a day just get rid of the shake a day and the rude casino attendance what does it take 30 seconds to shake dice and they’re too busy with five people on the machines get real

We are regulars here and the bad service outweighs the good.

We’ve come in and had nobody serve us a few times. Both times were extremely slow and we definitely were seen.

Tonight we went with family and brought our infant daughter. We have brought her to bingo night before and never had issues. The server (who was great) mentioned nobody under 18 was allowed to gamble. When it came to bingo time a different waitress approached the table to give us tickets saw the baby and said my husband and brother in law couldn’t gamble at all because she was at the table. But literally two tables over there was a baby and they all were allowed to gamble.

The manager working tonight (10/17/24) was extremely rude to customers AND staff and was on his phone non stop. We do love coming here but this place has really started to go downhill.

Maybe it would be a good idea to give customers who come in a menu or at least say something to them… all i got was looked at. Just wanted to order some food but i guess that’s to hard to do for the workers. Never coming back to this trash hole again was in there for 50 minutes 50 minutes of my life that i’ll never get back. Garbage. It’s a job not social hour for the workers.

Food was all great, even with a small mix up (wife wanted a burger with no onions.... Came with onions and I ate it for her ?).
