waited 20 minute's in drive thru only to find out no sliders until Wednesday. when false advertisement on reader boards say 2 sliders for $5.00 meal. if you know your out for 3 day's, take the sigh down.. wasted my first lunch off in two weeks.
4/7/2020 ordered and told them I had a guest survey coupon, cashier over charged me $2.00 when I complained the floor manager told me he won't serve me and told me to leave. Bad business practise could cost Hardee's 10 or more customers
horrible experience. the staff was yelling at each other and they got our order wrong 4 times and then they refunded me but refused to give me my food we had been waiting an hour for. do not reccommend this location. so terrible.

Hardee's is a restaurant that serves delicious food. The staff, including Beth, is competent and has an incredible attitude towards customers. They work hard to provide good service, even during rushes. Customers appreciate their hard work and great service, and they will definitely be back. Hardee's is a better choice than other restaurants, like Carl's Jr, and it tastes like old school Dairy Queen. Customers are satisfied with the customer service and the food, and they will return to Hardee's.
