The lady at the store was extremely helpful and all the tea I bought that day tastes amazing! This is 100% my tea place now
Great loose leaf store! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the many varieties. They gave great recommendations. We're from out of town, but I stop at every tea store I can find. I don't like coffee, so I'm always looking for my new favorite! I order tea from all of the country, as different stores have my favorites. I got 5 different kinds, so far their earl gray lavendar is very good. Good quality teas! After I sample all that I bought I'm sure I will be ordering some more online!
Cute store if you like loose leaf tea. I wouldn’t say British Pantry is very accurate. Wished they carried Ty-Phoo! But many other options.
The place is great, but every time I have visited the rude staff is extremely off putting. Perhaps a relaxation tea would benefit her?
I'm a huge fan of loose-leaf tea -- tea bags may be convenient sometimes, but nothing compares to the full flavor of loose-leaf. And this store has a fantastic selection of it (and teas in bags too)!
And they've got the items to make brewing tea leaves as easy as dropping a tea bag in...even better than tea balls.
Lots of lovely gift items & awesome customer customer service too!
Definitely happy with the tea ☺️
The owner was very kind and patient while we picked out our tea. She must have been told that it was unsafe for customers to smell them, so it was a bit harder to pick one out, but it is a very nice store with lots of tea variety!
First, I love the selection of tea the store has to offer. Everything is reasonably priced and so far the tea I’ve had is spectacular, particularly their Rooibos and lychee black tea. I am only giving 2 stars because the tea is 5 stars but the employees aren’t helpful and frankly a little rude. The 3 times I’ve been in the store I have been so disappointed with their behavior. On my most recent visit, I asked for help in regards to their medicinal teas and felt belittled for asking a question. When I asked for the employee’s advice I was told to look at the ingredients and that it wasn’t a miracle cure. Nothing else was offered. Besides the melancholy of the employees I have been disappointed by their apparent discontent when I bring my children in. I’m torn because I love the tea but the employees have struck me as rude every time.
Amazing, helpful
My favorite Tea Store! I'm a bit bias because it's in my home town. But honestly, this place has good tea and knowledgeable staff. Many focused on Western tea though they sometimes have traditional Chinese and Japanese tea. The owner is incredibly friendly and if you don't find something she will do her best to help you! It's a truly wonderful place. I don't like visiting home without popping in.

Has all sorts of knick knacks and gift ideas on top of all their loose leaf tea options! Plus the only place in town that has a British pantry section and proper crumpets!
Always a great selection of teas and tea related things along with other knick knacks. Good place for buying for one's self or for gifts for others.
Great tea! I drink tea from here at least once a day. They have an incredible variety and lot of equipment and trinkets for your drinks. The aesthetic of the store is very nice and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
I love this place. They are very friendly and knowledgeable, have a great selection and decent prices. Highly recommend stopping in!
