My daughter and her boyfriend came in there tonight by themselves and the waitress completely ignored them the whole time…. They had to ask the lady at front desk for scones and still didn’t get them for 20 mins. Just because they are 18 and 17 years old they shouldn’t be treated different than anyone else. Totally unacceptable!!! They pay just like everyone else pays! They are 2 fatalistic kids with jobs and just because they are kids doesn’t mean they should be treated any different!! They go out to dinner just the 2 of them every Thursday night and they won’t be back! It broke my heart when they called me!
The food is absolutely phenomenal
Super friendly staff, amazing food, quick service. Good atmosphere.
My family had a fantastic meal at Jakers in Great Falls. The service was friendly and attentive, perfect for our group. The Spinach and Artichoke Dip was creamy and delicious, a great start. The Cap Steak, Shrimp, Cedar Plank Salmon, and Chicken Parmigiana were all outstanding, with fresh flavors and generous portions. The Blond Brownie dessert was warm and indulgent, a hit with everyone. Jakers is a must-visit for families seeking top-notch food and service in a welcoming setting.
The food was pretty good. My steak was cooked exactly medium rare which is how I ordered it. Most places in town I have to order a rare steak because they will overcook it. It was a little under seasoned, so flavor-wise, it was lacking, but not altogether unpleasant. That being said, this is not the place to order any whiskey cocktails. If you order and old fashioned, they'll make you a Wisconsin old fashioned, which is not the same thing. If you order a Manhattan, they'll shake it and serve it over ice for what I can only assume is absolutely no reason. I'm less familiar with other cocktails, so I can't say if they treat other spirits nicer.
I loved the Surf and Turf too much.
This restaurant is also in Great Falls, Montana. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was very friendly, but the service seemed slow. The food was very delicious and I ate leftovers for breakfast the next day. I would go back here if I ever go to Great Falls again.
Jakers is a good restaurant but not the best in town or in the area, if we have business in the area it is a good place for a decent lunch
I had an amazing dining experience at Jakers Bar and Grill! The seafood linguine was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked pasta loaded with fresh, flavorful seafood and a rich, creamy sauce that was simply irresistible. Every bite was a treat! The service was exceptional as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable meal. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place for a great dinner. I highly recommend Jakers Bar and Grill to anyone looking for fantastic food and top-notch service. I'll definitely be back to try more dishes from their menu!
Jakers was fabulous! Our server was fantastic, atmosphere uplifting, food was delish! We will definitely be back when in Montana!

Was wonderful. Felt awesome that the host recognized and said happy anniversary to my husband and I. Will be returning
This was the worst meal I've had in Great Falls. For a bill that was over $100 it was awful food. They were out of what we wanted early in the evening so we orders hamburgers that were overcooked on the burgers and served on a cold/frozen bun. Server was not overly kind and it took a long time to get our food on a not so busy night. Ended up not eating my dinner that night since it took her so long to come back to check and see how our meal was. Wasted time and money going there.
my wife, mother in law and I ate there yesterday afternoon. The service was horrible, I had to go to the bar twice to get waited on, the bartender was our initial server and was too deep in conversation to be bothered. Then the regular waitress came on at 4 pm and she did 20 minutes of bsing in the kitchen before she came out and screwed up our order. Food was fair but not worth the price, looks like this place needs a management change. Won't be back.
My wife and I went for our 49th wedding anniversary on the 20th. It was terrible. Our appetizers came after our entre was served and it was cold. Never got water refilled or offer for another drink from the bar. And it was only 530 so not a rush.
Our waitress was not very attentive , did not seem like she wanted to help us. The steak I had was horrible with over half fat and very thin cut of meat. The waitress also charged us for the incorrect menu items. Overall a vey disappointing visit to this restaurant.
