I went in for lunch today to a wonderful experience. I ordered the Chicken Kahuna Cheesesteak and had a joyous time ordering. Your employee Grant P was incredibly nice and understanding while accepting my order. 10/10 will have again! Also this bread is so so good.

Vegetarian options: The only option for vegan is the portobello mushroom sandwich. It takes them awhile to prepare it so it might be helpful to use the app and order ahead.

Parking: The entrance to the parking lot is used by a lot of other businesses and it is a bottle neck situation, unsafe.

Terrible jersey mikes location, not up to par with others of this brand. Employees were beyond slow and were making door dash orders before taking orders of customers standing in line. Literally had multiple door dash orders that came after we were in line pushed in front of customers who were already standing there ready to order. We left and won't support a business that serve customers in person... if you want to do take out only don't have an eat in lobby

Hot sandwich was overly greasy. Employees are running into each other. Need employees at each station staying out with one bringing stuff from hot area to bagger. The high bar stools are not made for people with mobility issues. I would see if land lord would let the restaurant put in a permanent closed porch cover to the North for more seating.

Me and my brother have special orders they messed it up NEVER ORDER ONLINE

First time there and I won't be returning. Food was okay. Just not really my thing. I got the Italian sandwich and I was a bit disappointed. And it made my stomic hurt. But I not saying other may not enjoy it like I said this sandwich was not for me

Just had a Jersey Mike sub at the Great Falls MT location. Not only was the sandwich fantastic the customer service was exceptional. The people working were awesome!

I ordered the Italian sandwich without the prosciutto on it and asked them to replace that with their roast beef. The roast beef was raw. I picked it off as much as I could when I got home ate half of my sandwich within an hour. I was sick as a dog I won’t go into the details you can just imagine call the district manager at the store today and Great Falls, Montana and they said I was sorry, but there really isn’t anything we can do for you… I also asked them why they couldn’t toast my sandwich because they have any other time and they said due to cross contamination separate machine has one I won’t be purchasing from Jersey Mike’s in Great Falls after yesterday I was so sick Like I said, I don’t know why you can’t buy a separate toasting mechanism to toast customers sandwiches for them if subway can do it why can’t you? I honestly honestly feel you should look at your roast beef in there. It’s extremely too raw to be serving on a sandwich.
