Horrible first experience. Our order took twenty minutes for two hot sandwiches and then when we finally got them, the orders was wrong, we weren’t able to add extras, will never go back.

Terrible attitude from one employee behind the counter. He was extremely rude to an elderly man in line who was having trouble hearing. He was then rude to me over minor confusion about my order. It was obvious this particular employee had a blatant disrespect for customers. All the other employees were pleasant and respectful.

This was my first time ever ordering from Jersey Mike’s, and I was highly disappointed. I ordered a turkey and provolone sandwich, paid extra for bacon, and added onions. What I received was a sloppy mess—just one sad slice of onion, absolutely no bacon, and the whole sandwich was drenched in oil and vinegar (or whatever that juice was).

To make matters worse, the sandwich was so badly smashed it looked like it was done on purpose. This was a simple online pickup order with clear written instructions, yet it was completely ignored.

I’d gladly send the manager photos of the sandwich—smashed, missing ingredients, and soaked in sauce I didn’t even request. Maybe that kind of service is acceptable in Point Pleasant, New Jersey—but here in Montana, we expect better. Do better, Jersey Mike’s.

Simply not as good as other JerseyMike's. So dirty (i don't think they've cleaned the screens for checkout and payment since they opened). Workers with hair in their faces, and crumbs and toppings all over the counter. Its convenient for me , but I'll go elsewhere in the fufure.

I love jersey mikes my favorite sandwich place with good atmosphere and great workers however today wasn’t the best experience I had there (6/17). The young lady cutting the meat for the customers was being very rude to her coworkers yelling around the establishment just being unprofessional. I can see it affected the way her coworkers performed I felt very bad but didn’t want to say anything because there was about 20 people behind also wanting to get an order in. Hopefully in the future I don’t see her working there anymore or if I do that I see her working with a little for respect.

It was March 26, 2025. The were having a special day for Speacial Olympics. The was good turn out, it is wonderful that Jersy Mikes give back in this way.We have enjoyed there sandwiches ever since they open up here in Great Falls.
That is why we were so disappointed on March 26, disappointed with our order. I love the California sub and my husband gets a grilled Big ca , the bread was horribly dry, it upset both our stomachs

Went here a couple nights ago with my husband who has celiacs. I ordered a regular ham and provolone and my husband ordered the same thing but on the gluten free bread, and the man cutting it was very rude and acted like it was a hassle to wipe things down to make my husband’s sandwich. He looked to be in about his 30’s with a beard. I overheard him tell someone else he was the assistant manager. The rest of the crew was very nice and food was good. We most likely will not be back, since we are obviously a pain. Extremely poor customer service for a manager

This place gets crazy busy, but when you taste the food, ⁷you'll understand why. It's amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it!
