I had a panic over where it went during the delivery process and they handled it well and it was a late order(which I norm try not to do) The Uber driver was busting his butt working multiple orders and did great. Thank you to Dallas, Ian and the employees. I am a spazz lately. You all were great. Thank you.

I rarely order from Jimmy Johns since Jersey Mikes opened. I decided to give it another chance, and was reminded why I gave up on them. My bread is beyond over cooked, hard and a rock and looks like it came off the day old bread shelf. On top of that, they got my order wrong. I asked for no tomatoes, not no cheese and my receipt confirms it. So disappointed.

Eaten here a few times and the meat and bread are good, the place looks good PARKING LOT SUCKS. But the last 2 sandwiches have sucked #56 dry? What? How is it possible? Meat was dry the amount of grilled veggies was off and the cheese was chewy not melty. Think I'd rather have 2 subway sands that were ok then another expensive dry chewy sandwich that is DESTROYING THE PHILLY STEAK AND CHEESE

I love Jimmy Johns but the girl working the cash register was not nice. She was very belittling and had a terrible attitude. If I go there and see she is working I will be walking out. Back of house was great! 7/10/24 around 7ish. Girl with thick glasses and bad attitude.

Ordered 2 sandwiches one with tuna with the whole fixings on it and the other ham and cheese they made it without making sure it was how we wanted it and the tuna was a different sandwich and we went to get it fixed they remade the tuna one but said the other one would not be able to be fixed because it was made “slim” but I wanted more toppings not just meat cheese and bread. And the tuna remake wasn’t made with the proper fixings. Gave a tip when I first ordered and when I went back they had attitude.
It was the greatest experience.. the guy behind counter counting down drawer. Or whatever he was doing. Very good looking.
