Ordered a #9 and had barely any Mayo. I pulled a big piece of clear plastic out of my mouth and can only assume it was part of a food handler's glove. Not good! I used to love Jmmy John's, but service has gone downhill. So sad! Maybe Jersey Mike's is the way to go. Just sayin'.

My mom has frequented Jimmy Johns for years on days when she has worked hard and is to exhausted to cook.This is the 5th consecutive error that has occurred in the past year with delivery, and from now own will be documented in 1 star reviews on Google.The goal: not to be a Karen but rather to spark a positive change with this formerly trusted establishment.Today's error was as follows:Driver arrived and attempted to deliver the sandwich across the street. Although my mom always tips the drivers, this particular driver stated he had no change and expected her to hand the rather large bill she had.Since when has gratuity been expected?Jimmy Johns was called. They did offer a $10 credit on the account which was kind.But now what was she to do for dinner? Instead of going back to get change (the restaurant is less than a mile away) they just offered a credit and a "Sorry".

Out of the norm for there employees, but the last visit the girl seemed like she had a bad attitude with her job and she still got a tip. Ask her to number the sandwiches and ask her to put them in a bag, she was not pleased at all. That is something that is always done when ordered there before.

Grabbed some subs before heading to the pool. We went with the spicy east coast italian, Turkey, Jimmy Cubano, and country club. The bread was so fresh and the subs were amazing. This location was soooo clean and friendly. It was great.

Their food is amazing! There are two problems though number one they don't have any lids I mean you're sub shop shouldn't you have lids. Number two the last time I was there they were out of Dijon mustard. Over all though the people and the atmosphere were great. Will go back!
