Pay 22 dollars for the most mid ass sandwich and just for the homie running the window to forget my ranch after he asked me what side I want and I told him and then he reassured me of my choice. Truly outstanding.

My coworkers and I have had repeated issues with the 3rd st NW location bringing our food to the wrong location and bringing it ridiculously late. I always order for 15-30 minutes before my scheduled break so it's here and I can actually eat, and they still seem to have issues getting the order out on time. Most recently my order was marked out for delivery half an hour early, and I called 45 minutes later when it was marked delivered and not here. I waited over an hour past the scheduled delivery time. Supremely unimpressed with the service.

Regular here when doing a monthly Walmart run. Usually very fast friendly service, and a good fresh sandwich sub. Last visit I ordered as I paid, the the guy put my sandwich on the counter before I even got my change WOW! that's the fastest service I've ever had. I usually get #16 the JJ's Lulu as it checks all the right boxes and is perfectly made each time. Thank you.
