The northwest location is not great. Delivery is not fast, sandwich orders are never right and they always skimp on general toppings. Order 3 subs and two were wrong. My beach club was missing its Cucumbers and my BLT was requested with no tomatoes came with tomatoes onions and cucumbers. ?♀️ Delivery took 40 minutes from time of order. I'd rather drive across town to 10th Ave for better service and sandwiches.

Usually my family and I have good experiences here and love the employees but today we had an employee that was too focused on working on her fake British accent than she was making sure we had everything from our order. We live out of town so we aren’t exactly thrilled to have to go back to town to get what the employees forgot and we should be able to have faith in the staff instead of having to check our own order on a slow day to make sure everything is there. Not the first...

Last visit I ordered as I paid, the the guy put my sandwich on the counter before I even got my change WOW! that's the fastest service I've ever had.
I usually get #16 the JJ's Lulu as it checks all the right boxes and is perfectly made each time.
