Waited in line at the drive thru for over 24 minutes, finally get to the speaker. The gentleman said they were really busy so give him a few minutes. 30 minutes later no one came back to take my order. There were 5 people behind me and several left. I pulled around to the window and was told they are really busy with door dash orders. Left with no food. Unacceptable!

3 people who ordered after me were given their orders before me (I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip with coleslaw and a large mashed potatoes and gravy) then I don't get the large mashed and gravy and the chicken straps were a joke.. so small two bites and it was gone.. I will NEVER go to the Great Falls one again. This time was the last straw!!

Just went doordashing and when I was waiting for an order, I have examined a worker charging an older gentleman a drink with his order and claimed it was with it… even tho he didn’t take it he didn’t want it he got charged for it.. that’s my only complaint but food is dang good 😊

We wanted to treat ourselves at KFC before going back to Alberta. I was asking the cashier what would she recommend for 4 persons but she didn't say anything. So I decided to get the family meal of 8 pcs. chicken with 2 sides. The chicken is not crispy at all but was salty and the french fries as well. I went to the men's washroom and I think the urinal needs to be replaced.

I didn't get what I ordered. It was very inconvenient and I was still charged for a meal I didn't receive. Also, the drive through worker was illegible. When I paid, she had her microphone very far away from her face. Far enough away that it had to be on purpose.

Not that hard to FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. What's even more unbelievable is they forgot to put hot sauce and honey in the bag, and I asked at drive through for some and the male worker had the audacity to say, "Hey dude pretty sure I put some in there...." low and behold i had a bigger issue than honey and hot sauce when I got home. Ticket clearly states 2 mac n cheese..got 2 mash potatoes instead....
