Went there last night around 7 pm 3 other customers INSIDE.....Music was so loud, cashier could not hear us placing our order....Floors had NOT been swept ....Tables were NOT wiped down ......Trash cans were over flowing.....Drink fountain was just a wet mess....Kids in the back just dancing and rocking out to the loud music. Tried to talk to someone about it, and was ignored.

This location just needs to get shut down and they need to put a raising Cane’s or a different fast food chicken place at this location. These guys have always been lacking since this location has opened up that either they closed earlier then what their signs say they’re closing time is and on Google and don’t put up a letter or anything on why to say why they’re closing early or their food sucks or the the managers are rude.

For $40 This is by far the worst meal I have had in a long time. These guys just don’t get it. Quality reflects attitude, attitude, reflects leadership in the store. the food sucks because the leadership sucks it all trickles down. From somebody who’s worked five years in the food industry, trust me, I know. I worked for Taco Bell in New Jersey. Out there, people really don’t play. And believe me! if these guys ran a store down there, The way they do here, they would get shut down. this kind of food is designed to cause good feelings in the brain. hence the term (comfort food) if you’re not providing comfort to my brain AKA (dopamine) you failed As a restaurant. An unwritten part of my job in New Jersey was to provide my GM with the guidance she needed to make good decisions
The drive thru and the inside the counter is not busy, the employees are nice, the restaurant is clean, the restrooms are also clean, nice place to eat chicken, and the atmosphere is historic stunning.

If I could give zero stars for food I would do it. This afternoon I went thru the drive thru and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was inedible!! It tasted of salt and nothing but salt. The only good thing about my lunch was the staff, both the guy who took my order and the cashier were both very nice and helpful...except for not telling me about the amount of salt added to the chicken. Will not be going back again.

This might be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I order my food online and go pick it up, I get home start taking my food out and notice my Mac and cheese wasn’t there but instead mashed potatoes, kinda annoyed but not a huge deal I take out my tenders look for my sauce and NONE of them were there. Then the kicker is im eating and I asked my girlfriend for a biscuit and ITS NOT THERE. So I call in and the rude employee doesn’t say sorry no remorse just asked what my name was and what I was missing I tell her and she’s like we can replace what’s missing if I come in before closing. WHAT. So I can leave my food and let it get cold and drive all the way back just so they can finish my order. No compensation nothing. But I do it anyways and when I get there not a single employee had any clue about the messed up order, so they then make us explain it again and then wait for them to make up the food. My girlfriend then explains and gets pissed about the lack of care and professionalism. They proceed to tell us we’re not getting compensation of any kind and then FORGOT OUR SAUCES AGAIN. We tell him he forgot the sauce and HE PUTS THE WRONG ONES IN THE BAG. Not to mention the manager was the one who refused compensation or to even come out and apologize. No care no professionalism and the food does not nearly make up for how terrible and awful every single one of these employees were. The manager working closing shift on 9/3 deserves to be fired along with all the other embarrassing employees here.

Horrible experience. Our take out order was missing multiple items, and when we went back to pick up the rest the young, rude, careless employees still didn't give us the dips we were missing. No apologies, no compensation, no refunds of any kind, while we waited for our order to be corrected with the rest of the food going cold at home. The manager wouldn't even come out of their office to talk to us. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've had in any restaurant of any kind, solely because of the employed.

This used to be one of our favorite places to eat and for the past 3 or 4 time we have eaten here evey single time our order had been wrong not just a little wrong big wrong. We even called corporate and they did exactly nothing. We wont be back. At least until they do something about the poor customer service.
Haven't had since before C-19. Saw a commercial and yum. But for 42 for 2 adults and a kid... my stuff better be there and not the size of a dime. Kids meals chicken nugs were smaller than a quarter and dime sized. My biscuit, which is basically the quintessential staple of KFC was missing. I will not go back.

Got order wrong, waited another 10min. Just took my wrong order and left. All together I spent about 30min and still left with out getting the order right.
