It's fast food, I get that and I'm not reviewing the food. My main issues were the bathroom and the service. The bathroom was filthy, and the sink didn't work so you couldn't wash your hands, so after I saw that I should have asked for a refund.Prior to that, I ordered a deal, which includes a side and a drink. It somehow was $2 more than the listed menu price. I mentioned that to the employee who did not understand. Nor was I given a drink. The manager came up and says, "What's your problem?" So aside from being rude and reeking of cigarette smoke, my problem was that you charged me more than the menu price, and something about how it was I wanted fries, well yeah they're my side, and where's my drink. It's not worth the fight, especially as the manager got downright angry. Some stupid chicken isn't worth that.I won't be returning. Given the bathroom, dine at your own risk.

This place needs new management! Every time I have gone here to order multiple times they give me the food and are missing half of what I order. It takes 15-30 minutes to get the food so you would think they would double check to make sure. They never remember the dipping sauce and if they do it’s not the one I ask for. Went today and got 2 kids meals and a 12 piece nugget adult meal and one entire kids meal was missing and half the adult nuggets. $30 wasted at this place and I’m done giving them chances. I go through the drive thru for convenience for me but it’s not convenient if I have to get out to go inside for the rest of my meals that they should be getting correct. Do better!

The chicken was hot. Everything else was bad. The fries were super old, cold, and tasted like they were marinated in old oil. We were missing some of our food. Our biscuits were doughy and we paid way too much for that.. We also couldn't go back as it's out of the way for us.The service was not great either. No hello, no thank you, no please, no receipt, just nothing but telling us the total... Customer service?I don't think we'll be back..

We ordered through Grub Hub and ended up missing an entire entree. We rechecked the order and reviewed the receipt attached to the bag, both were correct and yet they still failed to include half the order.

Absolutely terrible service. I cannot stress enough what a disappointment this place has become.A few months ago I was across the street and came in to get something to drink. No one approach the counter to help me and the fountain area was disgusting, so I left.The other day I took my grandkids in to get some food after school. There were two employees sitting at a table. A large man walks by says it'll be a minute and keeps going. There is a kid leaning against the counter by the drive-thru window. He sees me but doesn't say or do anything. There's a woman behind the wall of equipment. After waiting a while the kid at the drive-thru window says it'll be a minute turns around goes back to his window. At this point the kid is still at the window, the woman is still standing behind the equipment and the three other males all disappeared to the back somewhere. After a few more minutes the kid comes back and takes my order.There was not a single customer in the building and not a car in through the drive-thru. We sat at the only clean table. The place was filthy. Still waiting for our food five teenagers come in. They too are treated the same way, but, they were smart and left after 5 minutes of no service.

Chicken is cut oddly. It didn’t have the same juicy and crispy taste as usual but it was still relatively good. The sides are not large enough for a family in my personal opinion so you need at least two of each.

The sandwiches were swimming in mayonnaise which had to be removed to make it even sort of edible. The side of gravy exploded when opened. The sinks were frozen. We ordered a combo meal, and when we asked for water got the world's smallest cup. Water costs them nothing.Absolutely horrid experience. Do not recommend.

Obviously KFC is fast food so it’s not expected to be an amazing meal but as I was craving KFC sauce with their fries I decided to give it a try. I went through the drive through and made my order when I pulled away from the window I realized they had given me two of every single sauce they carry but the KFC sauce. seeing as I initially saw the 8 sauces in the bag I had assumed they would have put in the one I’d asked for so I had driven away quite a bit by the time I realized that wasn’t the case. As pregnancy cravings can be quite strong I decided to drive the 10 minutes back to the store to ask for some. I went to the lobby this time to make sure I got the right kind and decided I would order some food with the sauce because it had been so long since I had gone through the drive through and I had felt a bit awkward. There I had to wait 10 minutes just to order my food even though there was no one in line to order in front of me . It was a very frustrating experience and if I ever crave that sauce again I think it would be easier to just find a recipe and make it myself.
