Messed up my pizza I ordered stuffed crust and was given a regular pizza when I called she made me sound stupid saying “oh are you sure it’s not stuff crust we made it ourselves we would know” when I went to get my new pizza it was burnt on the crust.

Went in and ordered chicken wings, the man that took my order said it would be 10 minutes definitely took longer then 10 min. and then I had to go ask if the wings were done because they all were in the back no one in the front. Well got my wings and they were cold, so I went back and asked for my money back and didn't even get an apology.

A couple of days ago my company ordered 9 pizzas. 3 of which were specialty pizzas and the rest were classic pepperoni. One of the specialty pizzas was not in the order and was just a classic pepperoni. I called and the manager on duty said the only way they would fix the issue was to bring the whole order back to the store. We had hungry employees who had already started eating and this was not possible. As a company who orders there a lot I found this completely unprofessional and we will absolutely not be bringing out business back!!

Pizza was good but man the 10th Ave store is always a pain to deal with. Long waits for no reason as the pizzas were just sitting on the counter with a lobby of people, lady in back swearing about ever little thing and acting like no one can hear. Go to the one by north 40, quiet, quick, and cleaner.

I ordered 2 crazy bread, a deep dish and a classic pepperoni. The first bread stick I pulled out had mold. The first slice of deep dish I ate I got to the last bite and it was full of mold. I will not go back to this location.

Cant rate the food from this location because the 15 or so times ive stopped in there were no hot and ready pizzas and theres always 4-6 people standing in line. I live like 2 minutes from this location but find myself driving to the other store because they just do so much better. If you get the hankering for some little caesars go to the one on the other side of town.
