This location sucks. Went in last week for a pep pizza and had to wait 20 min. Today went in for slices n sticks was told 30 min. I thought this was fast service. They have nothing made. If I wanted a long wait, I would order delivery. I am thinking of taking my business else where.

On several different occasions they've screwed my order and screwed on price not getting it right. I don't live in town so if I don't check the pizza I'm SOL. I'm done with this place place. Before the whole covid crap and after this particular store has been garbage.

I have got marinara sauce here for my bread sticks and it had so many hairs in it that I can’t even eat pizza without thinking there’s hair it it, I’d only imagine it being on the sauce in the pizza If they can’t keep hair out of the marinara sauce cups. It was short and long hairs. I’m so disappointed. I have loved little Caesars ever since I was a kid and it has shaken my image of little Caesars. I’m switching to domino’s

Ordered a 3 meat pizza and was charged that but only received a pepperoni pizza. It was too close to closing time to take it back.

It’s either there is only one employee trying to keep this sinking ship afloat, running around doing everything while their coworkers do as little as possible (tonight it was a teenager who was running the register, checking on the status of orders and bringing out pizzas as opposed to his counterpart filling multiple little containers of marinara when there was a shelf absolutely full). Every single time we go in, there are no pizzas ready (tonight it was completely bare and the only thing ready was a bag of crazy bread). If you have to wait for pizza to be made, you’re waiting over 30 minutes. If you order online or through the mobile app, they also never have your pizza made by your pick up time. Tonight there was a guy who’s mobile order had apparently been taken (or just not made, I can’t tell which one) and the very rude manager took one second to look up his order, said they didn’t have it in their system, to which he pulled out his phone to verify his online order. The whole concept of this establishment is that the pizza is ready to go. You walk in and walk out. There shouldn’t be a wait. That’s why the lobby is so small, but nothing is ever ready so you’re left to sit in your car or stand in the lobby and wait almost an hour for something that’s advertised as “Hot & Ready”. I don’t know who manages this site, but they need to be replaced or go through some serious retraining.

Can’t believe that you are a sponsor of the nation football league, when I get off work to get a hot n ready pizza to watch the football game on Thursday, and it ends up being a 20 minute wait. I’m super disappointed the pizza quality is not up to par with the fact that I have to sit and wait 20 minutes for my pizza on top of that I have to stand cause there’s only 2 chairs. I would not recommend ever going to little Caesar’s in Greatfalls Montana
