Employees need to work on orders, and not stand around talking and eating. There is no reason why customers have to wait over an hour for there on line orders. They need to have better customer service. The owner is rude to customers.

I don't write many reviews but couldn't help myself with this one. I just received my Hot n Ready and an order of Crazy Puffs that took HALF AN HOUR! If the 8 employees in the back were actually paying attention and doing their job, they would have seen that my order was sitting in the warmer below for God knows how long. Not that busy for a Saturday either. They did look like they were enjoying their food and drinks in the back though. Management needs to take accountability with training the staff. I manage youth as well everyday. Lead them by example!

had to wait 45 mins for my ONE pizza and order of breadsticks. multiple employees and they were all in the back cussing around and screwing around. super unprofessional and frustrating. took payment ahead of time otherwise i woulda walked out.

Stopped in to order pizza(s) with multiple employees present but no one acknowledged me to take my order-customer service lacking….had to give one star in order to post.

Absolutely terrible service waited over an hour in the store cashier had no idea what he was doing manager could care less about the people in the lobby was to busy playing rock paper scissors...Absolutely joke!!!

Had a poor experience with the 10th store and Riley the manager of the bypass store was excellent she remade our pizza and helped me get in contact with the 10th manager and communicate it with a proper manager as 10th didnt have any managers on shift miss Riley is the only reason we will be continuing buying from little ceasers her customer service skills are unmatched and so is her empathy and ability to be a competent and good leader and manager I hope she gets some recognition for her amazing service and quick problem resolution

40 mins to cook a pizza and it was NOT busy. Get your stores shit together.

Skip this place!!!! The quality is horrible!! If I can post a pic I will. I don't even know where to start. The crazy bread was burned, very skinny and had no toppings on it. Hard as rock. The pizza had nothing but sauce on it. The staff all looks like they need a shower or two.

Put in my order an hour ago, app says it's been in the oven for 35 minutes now... It was about a 20 minute wait from the time I placed my order and it's been an hour... Something or someone needs to do better. People make plans around things like this and if your app is off by so much time, what is that doing for people? I don't normally complain about stuff but a 20 minute wait to over an hour is kinda something y'all should work on.
Nice and friendly staff I called ahead cause I want fresh food . Hot and Ready are such a 20th century thing we want it our way . Keep up the good work
