Do not come for the breakfast food! It’s overpriced and overrated. If you’re looking for Korean food, this place is probably great. The waitress was nice, but she didn’t seem to understand our requests. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, and they were soft, flat, and dry—smothered in gravy, but I can almost guarantee they used canned biscuits. It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t come here again—unless maybe to try the Korean food.

This place has an EXTENSIVE Menu. If you come hungry... be prepared to JUST ORDER, or you'll spend an hour looking through their menu, changing choices!!
They have a standard, family style dining menu as well as a Korean menu. It's all pretty good. LOVE their Kimchi fried rice!!
The loft has a fairly large dining space, so they can accommodate a lot of people. Haven't branched out a lot yet throughout their menu... but their FRIES are excellent!!
It's kind of a secret gem. They offer a casino in a separate part from the restaurant. The property sets a little off the road, so you'd miss it if you weren't really looking.
If you were having a family after church or breakfast, meet up... I'd definitely recommend The Loft.

My family and I decided to eat here for brunch on 11 Aug 2024, prior to heading out of town for a mini road trip. I discovered this restaurant after a quick Google search and was glad that I got to experience it. Being a resident of Las Vegas, I have a lot of Korean restaurants constantly available to me and at no point would I have expected a restaurant with Korean-inspired dishes in Great Falls, Montana.
When we walked in the restaurant, I was appalled to see the restaurant packed with customers, especially since it was close to 1 pm. I was hoping that it would've been a quiet afternoon meal with my family...regardless, it was great to see this restaurant as popular as it was. Luckily for us, there were a couple tables open and after we sat down, our server quickly approached us and took our drink order. After several minutes of looking at the menu, we finally decided what we wanted to order - it was going to consist mostly of Korean entrées so we could compare the authenticity of each dish.
We ordered the Huckleberry French Toast, Loco Moco Bulgogi, Galbi, Kimchi Fried Rice, Kimchi Stew (Jjigae), Gimbap, and Banchan (assorted Korean side dishes). First and foremost, the Huckleberry French Toast was amazing - I've become a huge fan of the huckleberry that is served everywhere in this city. The Loco Moco Bulgogi was an interesting twist compared to the conventional Loco Moco made with a hamburger patty....but it tasted good nevertheless. The Galbi was decent, but frankly, I prefer it when they're prepared over an open flame (grill). The Kimchi Fried Rice was outstanding and was one of the top entrées that I experienced that afternoon. The Gimbap was extraordinary and is THE best item that I experienced there - it tasted very authentic! The Kimchi Stew was only subpar...I wasn't a major fan of that dish, but I think my family didn't mind it at all. Between the kimchi that was served with all the other Banchan, and the Kimchi Stew, something didn't taste right with the kimchi itself...perhaps I just got unlucky and received a very sour batch.
The service was great; our server was extremely friendly and attentive. The kitchen staff did a remarkable job of pushing out the food considering how many customers there were in that restaurant. It was unfortunate that we got to witness an extremely rude/disrespectful customer to one of the employees - I sure wish someone would've kicked him out of the restaurant or thrown something at him. There's definitely no room for people to be that way towards people working hard to make a living. The price-to-quantity/quality ratio was adequate; I'm actually surprised to see how inexpensive it was considering all the limited resources in this city to make some of the entrées. The décor could use a little freshening up inside and out, but it isn't completely unbearable either. Overall, I recommend this restaurant to everyone - I liked it, hence the 4-star rating.

It is a pretty standard diner experience, with an easy to get to location, and a fairly wide-selection of options. I have gone here a few times with co-workers for shop breakfasts and the service is always friendly and pretty quick - considering our group is usually 8-12 people. The food is hit or miss in my opinion. The standard breakfast items like your eggs/bacon/toast, omlettes, and biscuits and gravy are all solid - but nothing super special. I was not a fan of the breakfast burrito though - folded the giant flour tortilla like a taco, and the meat inside was ground beef. They also have some Asian dishes that I have enjoyed quite a bit. Price is fair - you will run about $8-15 for a plate.

We had a family group. The place was not busy when we went in. We had everything put on one ticket to make it easier. We waited forever then our food started coming out one at a time. I had breakfast it was cold. Some of the orders were wrong. And they totally forgot one person's order. I am not kidding when I say they brought things out one at a time. Then I was just brought the total. They had apparently added quite a tip. I will never be back.

This is the best food I have eaten in Great Falls. The ladies who run this restaurant are so sweet. Kimchi fried rice is one of my favorite foods and I’ve been struggling to find some since moving away from D.C. This absolutely hit the spot.
