Love the food, but ordering online they add their own tip on checkout. I disagree. I don't mind tipping but don't tell me nor force me to tipping the amount you are telling me to tip.

I love going to the max however the few times I've been there the service has been rude and absolutely horrible. The food has been either overcooked or cold. I keep hoping it is just a bad day but I'm sadly disappointed everytime.

This used to be a really great place to grab a drink and a bite to eat, but now it sucks and the service is trash.

The Pretzel Bites were so hard we could not even eat them and the cheese sauce was cold and completely coagulated. We had to find our server, who, by the way was sitting at a table playing on his phone and it took me over 10mins to get his attention. He came to the table and said "I'll get that fixed for you" then came back and said "I have to wait for the cook to come back, so it will be a few". The bites came out just as hard as the first ones and the cheese was even more cold and coagulated. The server said "it's beer cheese that's how it is". So totally wrong, beer cheese is creamy and smooth. Additionally, I ordered a Reuben. It had no thousand Island or sour kraut. You would have thought I shot the server when I asked for thousand Island, he was so put out and annoyed and then said "this is not my fault" in a very snotty voice. We will never go back again and I just canceled my surprise staycation for my husband at the hotel. Horrible!

Some of our food was absolutely not edible. Remake was the same thing. Service was reasonable until the server said "it's not my fault". We will not return even though they have an interesting menu. My question is should I have gone into the kitchen and spoken directly with the cook? Part of a server's job is to be the liaison and advocate for the customer. If a customer has a complaint it does not mean they blame the server especially when the customer is being very diplomatic with their complaint

Crazy slow service. Took over 20 minutes to receive a beer after sitting for 10 minutes before they even took our order. Hardly rocket science the pour a beer and bring it took them an incredible amount of time. They blamed it on being busy, yet only half the bar was occupied. Very disappointed. Server fairly rude.

We used to come here all the time but it had gotten so that it was to expensive and the food wasn't good but now the food is a great deal and really good, and the bar tender treated us super great, we will be back to visit again, Thank you Bianca!

They serve under age people with no care or worry even knowing they are not of age!!!!

Our server "forgot" what she wrote down, the only reason I'm scoring it as high as I am, is that the food is amazing!

Parking: If there is a tournament there is no parking...

Good food, good service and nice atmosphere. Only complaint is over half the tables were reserved and in the 2 hours of sitting there from 6-8 only 1 had anyone sitting at them.
