What matters most is the response to them, and I was very pleased with this McDonald's (specifically the manager, Gabriel and the young lady assistant manager whose name I didn't get) response to issues I had with a mobile order. “2 weeks in a row. I order here on app after seeing a movie. Last week I ordered by the app, got my order except for the sauce for nuggets. This week I ordered same meal. Instead of my 6 piece nuggets I paid for, got home and was only 4, again no sauce even though requested in app, and this time no napkins. I understand trying to get through dinner rush, but what happened to proper service? Are we not to use the app no more? I did call and the manager took my info, so that was good. But still this is the 2nd week in a row. I went back today 14OCT25, they were true to their words. I got the corrected order that was missed last week. Food was good, the only thing is it is like they no longer give napkins. So bring your own if going through drive thru and heading out of town. I bumped it up from 2 to 4 stars as this week was better.“
