Come on, it’s not that hard. Ordered a mcchicken, McDouble, 2 10 piece nuggets and a medium fry. Sat outside waiting for 14 minutes, only to get cold/stale fries and no sauce for the nuggets. I’ve worked fast food, and I get that mistakes happen, but this was wildly unacceptable.

Never, and I mean never, drive away without checking your bag. Doesn't matter what you get something is always missing. The management here has got to be the worst in town. Not sure anyone there has ever had a lesson in customer service.

The parking and drive thru is not thought out well at this location especially during a rush. I ordered 4 grinch meals and everything that made it a grinch meal was missing except for the socks. The big macs were thrown together with too much sauce. Every time I tried to adjust the burger so I could have a bit of everything in the bite it would fall apart. The customer service is lacking because of the kiosks. When my meal was delivered to the table they didn't say anything. Some of the workers looked like they were thrown together themselves.

Come here often with children Normally have a great experience, have needed to make some changes and Katie has unfortunately been less than helpful. Forgot a drink and was told I had to go back around. We’ll go to the other location.
I just went through the Drive-thru to get 6 cheeseburgers. It was bad enough that they are almost $3 a piece for those tiny little things, but when I got home there was only 5 of them. So not only are they overpriced now, but they also didn’t give me everything I PAID for!!😡

Ordered a mobile breakfast order at 10:09. Sat in drive through to pick up the order. When I got to the order screen to let them know I was there to pick up my mobile order it was 10:33. They said I would not get my order because they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. I told them that I had my mobile order in at 10:09 and was just there to pick it up. They told me I should have been there at 10:30 if I wanted breakfast and that I would not be getting my order. Manager came out at the window and was very rude. She said that it doesn’t matter if I mobile order ahead of time, I should be there by 10:30 to get breakfast and they won’t make a mobile order until I get there. Haven’t seen the refund yet. Over $32 for breakfast that they wouldn’t honor even though it was ordered at 10:09 and I was at the drive through sign at 10:33. For future reference for anyone else trying to use mobile order.
Had money stolen from.me by the drive through while the management sat there and talked shit the whole time got and got and attitude with me over me wanting the money he over charged me back

Apparently they stop serving food at 11pm on weekdays. Should update store and online signage to reflect that. All the lights are on. Employees inside. No communication through drive through. Pull up to window. Honk. Female employee hears honk and pretends I'm not there. Thanks for nothing.

I have had so many issues here the last five times I've gone. Burnt burger buns, no ice in my iced coffee (that was also so bitter I had to dump it out), smoothies that were filled two inches below the top with the outside covered in the sticky liquid that made a giant mess... We won't be back.

Made a mobile app order at 5:15pm was already at curbside 9. I ordered 4 mcchickens and Large fry. Took 15 mins for them to bring it out. Need to focus on curbside just as much as you do drive thru. Was very disappointed to see drive thru moving quickly but neglect there mobile app customers in curbside.

They usually forget the drink cup and if you order an adult small they will bring you a child's small cup. But at least you have free refills. Other than that it's a good place for the kids to play

Was rudely growled at in the drive thru while trying to order because I was mishearing. I understand not being able to hear, but there was no need to directly yell at me the first time and then continue to be rude and abrupt. Won't be back to 10th Ave S. McDonalds.

It's McDonald's you get little bit of food for the cost of an arm and leg. But it is yummy
