Put in a mobile order, was sent to the waiting window for 20 minutes where they gave me cold food. I went inside and asked them to remake it, which they did, but the nuggets were still hard and chewy and they forgot my fries. after turning around and going through the drive through again, they gave me more cold, rubbery fries, again. Used to get really good service here, I don't know what has changed recently

They care more about drive thru than they do the people that come in. The store is good at wasting people’s time. Most time they stand around and no one works on orders.

Yikes is all I have to say about the employee working 11/2 at 10:30 am on drive thru both lanes. Terrible attitude. Clearly hates working customer service or doesn’t want this job. They decided to not only argue with me but also stopped taking orders from my line in order to ignore my question about canceling my order or getting someone who knows how. I’ve been in line and on the premises since 10:25 and my order was placed then as well. I’m not sure how they cut people off but it should correlate to who showed up before then.

Slow. Just like 10th Ave. 15-20 min waits. Nobody to serve you at the counter. Old deep fried chicken for the golden deluxe. Disgusting, thought I was eating a rat. Its not the workers, its the management. With the online orders, drive through, Uber and Door dash orders its no wonder the people inside are waiting 10-15 mins. But prices keep going up. Exactly why I started go to Wendy's for breakfast.

Ordered a deluxe crispy chicken. It was so over cooked it was eatable, it was sloppy. Looked like a toddler made it. What a horrible experience.
