Worst McDonald's in town. What ever happened to custo.er service? Nowadays you go to the McDonald's to get ignored and this particular one gets your order wrong at least half of the time.

Had an issue paying with gift cards and every employees was incredibly kind and helpful and got the issue figured out immediately. Food was fast and fresh and customer service was fantastic. Thank you!

I was advised with a “tone” that this will be a one time exception for Pup Cups. The person at order window 10/10. @Pickup window I get scolded for ordering pup cups and told this will be the last time I ever order it and they made an exception. Majority of other McDonalds have treats and this is my first time be scolded for ordering pup cups lol

Firsr they charged me for barbecue sauce and didn't give me any and secondly they gave me barely any fries and I ordered 3 meals for 3 and two out of the three came with about half the fries

Ordered on line, order was paid for but not received at this location. Manager appeared annoyed when I brought it to her attention. Another staff member simply stated the order wasn't received and walked away. When I tried ordering an additional drink the person at the counter just appeared confused and did not ask for assistance in taking the order. Overall unsatisfied with the level of professionalism and competence. The order itself was incorrect. This occurred at the mcdonald's at 1710 3rd St NW Great Falls

Very rude male employee on order menu speaker. If you will have an attitude and get sassy because of poor communication skills then maybe the job isn’t for you bud.
The service in the drive through was less than stellar. Lady taking orders was dismissive. I Asian lady giving me my order was even worse. I said the cashier is really having a bad day, she said we are all having a bad day. She said I just got yelled at. I told her trying to justify her and her coworkers behavior was less than helpful. She gave me a condescending look and rolled her eyes. Come on ! You can do better than that!!!!

Put in a mobile order, was sent to the waiting window for 20 minutes where they gave me cold food. I went inside and asked them to remake it, which they did, but the nuggets were still hard and chewy and they forgot my fries. after turning around and going through the drive through again, they gave me more cold, rubbery fries, again. Used to get really good service here, I don't know what has changed recently
