Placed a curbside order and was missing items. I called the store for a refund and they told me if have to go through the app. The app says you have to go through the store....

Consistent. But don't go during rush hour times unless you want to sit in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Really sucks stuck in the line.

GM Hunter needs to train his staff amd himself, poor customer service. Ordered on the app to be table service, forgot 2 fries with the meals, asked for them and told to provide a receipt. Told them it was on the app and they literally just dropped the food at the table 1 minute prior. On the 3rd time asking and providing a receipt the lady taking orders told her staff to start checking orders because it was the 3rd ive been in there saying the fries were missing. Asked to speak to manager and Hunter pretty much blew me off and after getting my kids food to go let him know to expect a bad review which he replied I can leave because of the way I was talking to him which I told him I was not the one cursing at him and we was already on our way out the door. I did curse him out after because he was being loud telling me he was calling the cops which im good with because I will not be going back to that store. POOR SERVICE, POOR MANAGEMENT AND VERY CONFRONTATIONAL

To the owner: the feedback site does not work, I tried to further explain and it just gets stuck in submitting. All fine just know this place was a go to for quick bite as I have a few clients close but will opt to drive across town for a meal where it isnt going to turn into an embarrassing event.

2 weeks in a row. I order here on app after seeing a movie. Last week I ordered by the app, got my order except for the sauce for nuggets. This week I ordered same meal. Instead of my 6 piece nuggets I paid for, got home and was only 4, again no sauce even though requested in app, and this time no napkins. I understand trying to get through dinner rush, but what happened to proper service? Are we not to use the app no more? I did call and the manager took my info, so that was good. But still this is the 2nd week in a row. I went back today 14OCT25, they were true to their words. I got the corrected order that was missed last week. Food was good, the only thing is it is like they no longer give napkins. So bring your own if going through drive thru and heading out of town. I bumped it up from 2 to 4 stars as this week was better.

Coffee was full of grounds. I showed it to the counter person they got me another cup from the same batch, still full of grounds. 4 cups later I gave up. No manager in sight

Got a basic breakfast had a good experience I mean definitely clean then on 10th 10 out of 10 guys. Thanks so much for the experience. However, some guys definitely seem depressed. Well I want no one cause I used to work at McDonald’s myself so I can’t understand why it’s always depressing there.

Rude drive through this morning at around 8:30. Just wanted a moment to make my order and as soon as im ready she cuts me off tells me to wait then handles the person who pulled up after me first.

Not like it used to be. Especially when you go in. Still having trouble making clean sandwiches. Rude. And drive thru has trouble getting orders correct. What happened to greeting and smiling at customers that come within 5 feet of you?
