A/C is a little cold. But I handled it. We ordered the Mod Salad it was delicious made to our likings. If needed as for more dressing. Also, as they're making your salad ask for more your choice of ingredients.

My order was incomplete when it was delivered and they would not make it right. I can literally see the building from my work and they blamed doordash and said they could not help. The box was sealed by a mod employee. It was not the doordash drivers fault in anyway. Ordering in store isn't much better. It's too bad because the food is usually good so it's worth the rude costumer service. Not anymore!

Don’t bother ordering on the app. Promise times are a joke. Expect to wait ten to twenty minutes past pickup time. Thought maybe the last couple of times maybe they were just busy, tried them one more time and nope not done even close to on time. I will not return.

Mod Great Falls- Super Slow… a young lady in a backwards red and white hat with a mom hugs button her hat spent literally 20 mins in a full blown conversation with a couple in front of me making 2 pizzas. A family of 4 in front of me ended up leaving. I was also walking out when another part of the line was opened up and another worker made my pizza. The couple in line behind me openly talked about finding something else because it was taking so long. I’m a fan of polite rapport with customers to help them feel welcome. In depth conversations at the expense of timely service and at the expense of other (hungry) patrons isn’t great. Hopefully management can use this review as a teaching opportunity. Also they burnt my pizza and offered to remake it. Um… no. Just give me my food and so I can go ?♂️
