Mod Great Falls- Super Slow… a young lady in a backwards red and white hat with a mom hugs button her hat spent literally 20 mins in a full blown conversation with a couple in front of me making 2 pizzas. A family of 4 in front of me ended up leaving. I was also walking out when another part of the line was opened up and another worker made my pizza. The couple in line behind me openly talked about finding something else because it was taking so long. I’m a fan of polite rapport with customers to help them feel welcome. In depth conversations at the expense of timely service and at the expense of other (hungry) patrons isn’t great. Hopefully management can use this review as a teaching opportunity. Also they burnt my pizza and offered to remake it. Um… no. Just give me my food and so I can go ?♂️

The pizza was delicious and had great flavor. The thin crust had a good chew, but the pizza was delivered cold. Not warm, cold. I would definitely get it again, but maybe dine in to avoid a cold pizza.
Vegetarian options: They have vegan cheese and tons of non-meat toppings.

Interesting take on fast pizza. I like their soda selection ( Edit) Restaurant is constantly dirty and the service and “super fast” aspect are both nonexistent. Food is still good but might as well order from one of the longer chains if I have to wait 30+ minutes anyways. At least they clean their restaurants. That and the employees aren’t outright offensive.

I’m from Seattle, where MOD was founded, and I’ve been to several different MODs over the years. Stopped here for dinner on a road trip, and it actually really impressed me with how much cheese and other toppings they put on the pizza compared to other locations. The place was clean, staff were friendly, and our order was ready quickly. I couldn’t ask for a better experience here.
