My pizza was so burnt that it was nearly cremated; I was told that it was from the fire and not burned—it was most certainly burned. They offered to remake it but stated it would “be a while” so I opted to only eat the toppings.I’ve had good luck with their pizza in the past though wait times can be silly long but today alone would make me not recommend or come back.

They were super slammed and it was a pretty long wait. However when it was out turn and I told the lady that my kiddo wanted just red sauce, no cheese and pepperoni. The lady making her pizza too the time to be sure there was no extra cheese in the sauce or any stragglers on the pepperoni. That tiny extra attention means the world to a parent of a picky eater!! She made my pizza fantastic and even though they were super busy everyone was so kind!

Best place in town for pizza! Only thing better than the pizza is the fantastic staff here at Mod Pizza. Thank you!Kid-friendliness: We came in with a group of 9 last minute. There were other large groups, as well. But they helped each of us quickly and served us the best pizza we have ever had!

I recently had placed an order. Was about fifteen twenty minutes till I had showed up for said order, and they said it was supposed to be ready and it hadn't even been started and it's not even busy. I drove a very long way for my meal zero stars.
Staff is nice, the crust is never done at this location.

I ordered on line and it said it would be ready ay 2:05 I was there at this time and was told they just started making it. When asked how long I had to wait, the girl got snippy and rude. When i got home and opened my pizza it had bell peppers on it ( i said no peppers because im allergic) and it wasnt thick crust like i ordered. I took it back and they said i couldnt because i left with it. So i was out my Mod pizza Needless to say, I'll stick with dominos

Don't waste your time. Understaffed, under qualified, and snarky. Not a good experience. They advertise "super fast!" This means an hour for a premade pizza. Terrible food. Terrible service and I have eaten at Mods in other cities and they are really good. Big mistake. The floor was literally covered in trash.
