Impressive flavor and choices of ice cream combinations are made on the spot for each order. This definitely isn't another run of the mill ice cream shop, but one that deserves having people make the trip to check out for themselves.

I go to nitro 1-2 times a week. This was the first time I had brought my daughter. My daughter found a hair in her ice cream. The employees were very professional and offered her another one but she had already eaten quite a bit of her ice cream. They offered her a punch card. My thoughts on this situation is, why don't the employees wear hair nets?

I'd been to one of these working in Louisiana, now in Great Falls I had to bring the family. There's so many flavour choices it was hard to pick! The young staff was very patient with us, very friendly, and helpful with each other when one of the machines acted up a bit.

The only complaint I can imagine is the ice cream is too cold, or it tastes too good! This was amazing! This place puts Great Falls on the map.
Delicious and very creamy! The nitro process is cool to see, great concept and execution. My husband and l brought our dog (who got a pup cup) and had a great experience! Awesome to have something cool and locally owned like this…. Way better experience than going to Walmart for a tub of Hagendaz or Ben and Jerry's!!

So picked up a red bull infusion. And asked the person to surprise me. And they gave me a passion fruit vanilla. It was awesome perfect balance of red bull and mixer. ???

The ice cream is delicious and it's fun for kids to watch them make it. The liquid nitrogen also makes for smaller ice crystals, so the I've cream is really smooth as well

Cool process, it makes for a good show, but there was no other reason to visit. The process is slow ( it took 22 minutes to get ice cream). There were lots of people waiting for their orders. Too slow of a process when there are multiple customers.The chocolate was not very chocolatey. Fatal flaw for chocolate fans.Also, a tub of Hagendaz or Ben and Jerry's would be twice the size for the same money. I could have gone into Walmart, left, and finished twice as much of a better ice cream in 22 minutes.
