Found a long black hair in my food, ( I have short brown hair) Boss said she'd comp my meal then gave me full price bill! Had to track her down to ask why it wasn't compped. But server was sweet , food took forever to receive.

I called to place an order for pick up. I had to repeat my order three times until they were able to repeat it back correctly. When I picked up my order, I had to remind them twice that I hadn’t yet paid. There were three young men standing at the front desk and all of them tried to send me out without paying. General attitudes/atmosphere indicated that this had probably happened a lot. Once I got home, I learned that everything in my order was wrong & I was substantially overcharged for what I received. For one of the meals I ordered, I was only given 1 grilled chicken breast in a to go box (nothing else) but was still charged $18 for the full adult meal. The food we received was not good quality. There are definitely much better options in Great Falls and for way cheaper.

My first time visiting went to dinner with my family to celebrate my birthday as well as my brother's. The waitress Mandy was very friendly and attentive. She even remembered hearing us talking about my birthday and offered me a dessert. The pizza was some of the best I have had. We couldn't decide what we wanted so we were able to do half and half we chose the Classic and The Bacon Alfredo. It was amazing. We also tried the Italian nachos they were a meal in themselves the chips they use are awesome and the spicy marinara sauce was just right for dipping. They also have salads and burgers if you're not in a pizza kind of mood. I would definitely go back and recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Terrible service. Dining side specifically. Waited 15 minutes before being briefly acknowledged by a waitress who said she’d be right back to take our order. Waited another 10 and neither drink nor food orders were ever taken. Ended up leaving because no one would make time to take our order.

Terrible service, went in for lunch, stood at the front door, customer service from every employee was “that’s not my job, someone else can take care of it.” All the employees just walk by like the customers don’t exist. We sat there for 20 minutes without an employee noticing us or even asking us if we want water or menus. Won’t be back and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from Old Chicago because the service is absolutely awful.

Long wait time, order wasn’t correct and what was advertised wasn’t what I received. Scratching my head on why it had good reviews at all!
