P. Gibson's Sports Grill & Casino offers excellent service, with a new but attentive waitress named Alex. The boom boom shrimp appetizer is a must-try, while the Orange creamsicle cocktail is delicious. The prime dip sandwich and Asian chicken salad are delicious, with generous portions. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and is a popular spot to meet friends. It is close to the airport and offers a wide variety of food from start to finish. Although it can be busy at times, the service remains great. Many guests find it hard to decide what to order, as appetizers like boom boom shrimp, bourbon potstickers, and pretzel bites are amazing. Often, diners don't have room for an entree but are never disappointed when they do order one. The restaurant reminds some of Applebee's but better in every way. Despite its popularity, it seems to be less busy than expected, especially during off-peak times, making it a favorite place to enjoy a satisfying meal.
