Was at the 10th ave s store on Saturday Nov. 9 2024 at 11 am there was only 4 items on the line. Manager was next to me I shrugged my shoulders and he said nothing.the store opened at 9:30 I'm finished with panda express

I was anticipating salty oily goop, but not to this extreme. While I wouldn't expect much at a fast casual chain, the food is only slightly better than frozen Asian entrees. I ordered the String Bean Chicken Breast & Black Pepper Sirloin Steak plate with white rice & greens pictured here. It was more oil than solid food. Maybe it was just a bad day in the kitchen.

I went to the new location yesterday and was ordering food..the blonde blue eye supervisor was being so disrespectful to her employeesr right in front of us. The food was good but that lady really knows how to ruin a vibe. Thumbs down for the rude lady.

Terriayky chicken didn't even taste like the 10th ave location Walnut honey shrimp was bland,chow mein was oily,Spring rolls were tasteless and cold ,no sweet and sour sauce was asked..I will be going back to 10th ave store

My sons and I ordered dinner. They got their food, sat down and ate their dinner then they told us that my black Angus steak is still going to be 8 more minutes. I have been waiting 26 minutes.

Just ordered a a bigger plate, and there was hardly any chow mein. Disappointed. I know it’s not a big thing to complain about but I am sad there portion sizes are shrinking.
If you want a particular dish, you need to call ahead and may be out of luck in general. They do not reliably stock the menu - you are in significant danger of waiting very not fast food lengths of time for fast food quality. I learn my lesson, come back months later thinking that surely it won't happen again, and get burned again...up to my 4th round of this today.

Great location, staff were super friendly, food was hot and tasted fresh. You can't beat the orange chicken! Staff make sure to greet you when you walk in the door. They are hiring at this location, it looks like a fun place to work.
