The food was pretty good when I went in yesterday with my family a tall skinny young man was on the line with his phone and when we started to order he kind of had an attitude. He also did not wash his hands after he was just on his phone. He also started to curse out loud infront of my kids honestly not the best experience I’ve had.

Customer service last night from the management was absolutely awful. We were told we had to wait for half of our meal. They said only five minutes, but it was 15. By the time I got my food, my wife’s food was ice cold. When we got home, we realized my order wasn’t correct. It was about half the sizes, her plate and missing a complete entrée. We called in hopes to just remedy the situation with a free entrée or a coupon of some Sort. Jose, the manager was extremely disrespectful, Rude, and short With me on the phone. He told me he didn’t believe us that the order is wrong and demanded that we bring it back to prove it. Despite the fact that we had already waited 15 minutes in the store for our dinner and then drove 15 minutes back home. Neither my wife or I wanted to wait 30 more minutes to eat dinner which at that Would’ve been even colder. I asked for his name and he hung up on me. I was forced to call back 15 minutes later and ask for his name. This is not the customer service I expect from panda express. I usually go to this location over the other one because the customer service is usually better and the food is usually on point. But tonight we left severely disappointed

We had to wait 15 minutes for chow Mien and when we got home we realized one bigger plate was much smaller than the other. About half as much noodles and missing a whole entree. We called to try to maybe get a free entree next time or a coupon but the Manager Jose was extraordinarily rude and disrespectful to us on the phone. And basically told us to drive the 20 minutes back to the store to prove the order was wrong because he didn’t believe us or to get lost. I told him this was unacceptable and asked for his name. He refused and hung up. I called 15 minutes late to get his name. I go here often because of the food and customer service but wow this was disappointing for a a store and for Panda Express in General.

The employees at this location are crazy rude for absolutely no reason. They left us standing in front of them for over 5 minutes while they rushed around to help drive through and door dash orders. I eventually asked if we were in the correct place to order because they never came to help us. They then shorted us on the food we ordered (left 1 section of the plate completely empty and bagged it up) and caught attitude when we asked for the e food we paid for! I hate this location and they need to clean house and rehire nicer employees. Garbage service garbage Chinese food.

Even though food is a hit, today was just an awful experience at this particular Panda Express. No one was in front of us and behind us and I was trying to look over the menu as soon as I pulled up. Not even two seconds later, The lady on the other end of the intercom was like rushing me to get my order in and my husband’s and we had asked her twice to please give us a minute to look over the menu. I didn’t know what I wanted upfront, I just wanted to look at the menu. She then rushed me to get my order in as soon as I started my order. Didn’t appreciate that. Then after I pulled up to the window, she was extremely abrasive and rude and tried explaining this policy about 30 seconds to me and wasting MY time. I just wanted to pay, get my food and go, not listen to her 30 second BS thing to me. Look I get it if it is a corporate policy thing, but don’t waste my time explaining it to me when all I want is to pay, get my food and go. Plus it’s not really any of my business. Not the best experience. Period.

We were in our way to our campground and stopped in to eat. I had a bowl of the Teritaki Chicken on white rice and my husband had a plate of the walnut shrimp and mushroom chicken with fried rice. Both were delicious. The service was great and we were heated when we arrived.
