Even though food is a hit, today was just an awful experience at this particular Panda Express. No one was in front of us and behind us and I was trying to look over the menu as soon as I pulled up. Not even two seconds later, The lady on the other end of the intercom was like rushing me to get my order in and my husband’s and we had asked her twice to please give us a minute to look over the menu. I didn’t know what I wanted upfront, I just wanted to look at the menu. She then rushed me to get my order in as soon as I started my order. Didn’t appreciate that. Then after I pulled up to the window, she was extremely abrasive and rude and tried explaining this policy about 30 seconds to me and wasting MY time. I just wanted to pay, get my food and go, not listen to her 30 second BS thing to me. Look I get it if it is a corporate policy thing, but don’t waste my time explaining it to me when all I want is to pay, get my food and go. Plus it’s not really any of my business. Not the best experience. Period.

We were in our way to our campground and stopped in to eat. I had a bowl of the Teritaki Chicken on white rice and my husband had a plate of the walnut shrimp and mushroom chicken with fried rice. Both were delicious. The service was great and we were heated when we arrived.

Service was very slow. Waited in line for 20 minutes. Watched customers wait for a short time and then ultimately leave due to slow movement of line. No team atmosphere with employees and zero urgency in service.

Jarely and Mariah: Super rude staff. Should be ashamed of the type of human you are. Hope Corporate takes action. Enough said. Couldn’t have ever imagined a place like Panda Express to be THIS problematic.

The workers are amazing and kind and work fast. The girl in training was a little nervous but all around wonderful. The food was as amazing as always

Robert and some of the staff is racist toward black people. He took my order and let the bowl sit while taking other people orders/fixing their food. He looked up at me and continued to ignore my bowl. Finally, another lady fixed my food and handed the food without a bag. I asked for a bag. She put the food down and started taking other people orders. I will not go back.

You guys are amazing.! Very sorry for my uncle he's hard of hearing and forgets alot. But I also wanna thank you for taking you're time of day to help us.! Very hard workers here I can't wait to try you're food as I am new here.! I did apply for a position and hoping to have an opportunity to work with good co workers that are determined to get things done, work hard with smiles on their faces. 💕

The worst service I’ve ever experienced. On several occasions I’ve waited 30+ minutes for food especially when ordering takeout. They have even told me they prioritize eat in and drive through orders over takeout, and not like by a couple minutes but up to 20 or more. I’ve talked to DoorDash drivers while sitting waiting for food and they say this Panda Express popping up makes their heart sink because it takes so long for takeout. Not only that, but one time I went there 15 minutes before close, which to fast food shouldn’t be a big deal, but the lady was not visibly not happy with me and the orange chicken I got was so messed up it was inedible.

Was at the 10th ave s store on Saturday Nov. 9 2024 at 11 am there was only 4 items on the line. Manager was next to me I shrugged my shoulders and he said nothing.the store opened at 9:30 I'm finished with panda express
