I was kindly greeted by the gal working. She was courteous and very helpful. She helped me decide on a meal, as i was having trouble making up my mind. I was using a gift card i received for Christmas. When time to pay, my gift card would not work. So i went to try the plastic bag trick to reswipe it when she turned the screen around and said i totalled it out for you. So i went to hand her the card and she says no, I paid it for you. Gave me a beautiful smile and said, maybe itll work next time. I've been experiencing some traumatic hardships in my life as of late. Rosalyn, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the kindness,empathy and patience you've shown me today. You are a bright beautiful light in this seemingly darkening world. Don't ever lose that smile.I appreciate you more than you know

I've always had received great service from this location, and I would normally give them 5 stars... Tonight was the worst service I've ever received from them, and it saddens me. My pizza was 45 minutes late and cold... It's 8:25 pm and I ordered it at 7:00 pm... Was promised 7:46 pm...I feel like I'm eating cold pizza for breakfast.... Currently, pickup would be the best option... The whole pizza was cold... Not happy.

call center such!!!! they didn't write our office suite down and they went to the wrong addres. and apparently they said they called. call did not come through. called the central Avenue store we ordered from and got nothing but attitude from the s called (manager) with no accountability or customer relation skills. will never ever order from Papa Johns ever. no accountability from the delivery driver either. it was all our fault and attitud! all we did was order 42.00 for lunch and a tip for the driver for a pizza we never got t. will be looking for our refund!
Pizza prepared quickly but extremely greasy. The worst pizza we have had in a long time. Previously ordered from Papa Johns and was satisfied, today not so much. We will avoid next time we want pizza.

Not sure how they do it, but literally every time I order a pizza from the Central Ave Papa John's online it arrives at my door step in 20 mins or less. Just 15 minutes today! And I don't even live all that close! The efficiency blows my mind, just wanted to give a big kudos. Never once been disappointed.
