This place has been here for decades...first time we ate here was in the 90s and the paneling has changed but the food is consistent and the tea is hot and the soup is good and you know EXACTLY what you are going to get every, single, time.

Ridiculous wait time and no explanation for why. I am a driver for grubhub and had to bring my kids inside with me. They kept speaking to my kids and being obnoxious about me sitting with them while offering no explanation as to why the order I was picking up was half an hour late. I usually don’t have much of an issue here but this was an especially unpleasant experience.

This has been our favorite place to order from for 30 years. Last time ( about a month ago) we had a very hard time getting someone to answer the phone. Arrived to pick up food when told to and it was another 45 minutes before it was ready. Hoped it was a one time snafu so tried ordering today. The phone rang for minutes. Called back was busy, called back it just rang again. Finally after ringing it was picked up and hung up. Needless to say we will be trying somewhere else.

The phone is constantly ringing and no one answers. People stand at the till or walk right by it. We have to call 5 times to get an answer. The last time they picked up the phone and hung up.

The food was only warm. They forgot to serve one meal completely. We had to ask a different waitress for help getting served. There was 4 of us eating orential food. Never again.
Hands down the worst Chinese food experience I have ever had. The food was basically still frozen and the “gravy” had an inch of grease on top. Last time we ate here we all got sick for several days and not just one person a whole family got sick. These guys honestly don’t know what they’re doing anymore.

We had the Thai Noodle Soup and the Tom Yan Kang Soup. They were both delicious as they were full of flavors and had just enough spice! Will be coming back again soon!

My husband was working in Great Falls and ordered from here. He picked up his order and they forgot items out of his order. He had to drive back to the restaurant to pick it up…while the rest of his order sat in his hotel getting cold. When he got to the restaurant they handed him his forgotten food. They offered him no apology and the manager had nothing to say. Horrible customer service. Will never go there again.
