Beware of ordering online. I ordered $100 in teas and when I didn’t hear from them with a tracking number I reached out only to be told two of my items were out of stock. They never notified me which I found odd. I substituted those items so they could send me an entire shipment. I was told it was to be shipped in a few days. A week later no items or tracking number. When I reached out again Gwen said it wasn’t sent but she’d send it soon. I’m writing this review to warn anyone who might have experienced this too.

An amazing tea shop! So many great teas. Sadly I missed all the Bord Games. They are closing next month. The owners are returning. I am so glad I got down there before this happened. Luckily they are going to continue to sell their teas online so I can still get them! That exciting because the one I got was fantastic.

Coffee? Who needs it when you have a place like this, instead. Tea shops are such a nice break from the coffee places on every block. Not that there's something wrong with that, but every now and then, I need a break from that kind of caffeine. What makes Phoenix a win is the number of teas available, both by the cup and to purchase to take home. I tried to count the tea containers and had to quit after 185, those, plus about 29+ herbs, had me trying to figure out how long it would take me to try one of everything. There's an art to tea making that I hadn't considered until I was watching her brew my choice, and those of the other customers. It isn't all about how long you let the leaves steep, but also about the kind of tea. White, red, black, green, herbal, fermented, hot or cold -- each has its own method. My first choice, a cinnamon was okay -- not quite as strong on cinnamon as I like because she went a conservative route. It was still good, though, but she did make a recommendation for the next cup based on my feedback. With that. though, I went with a fermented tea for my next choice and that was really good. It was not at all like I was expecting, not a kombucha style, but a very tangy black tea. This is nice spot -- with tables and games and seating to spend time, play a board game or a card game with friends and work your way through a sampling of teas. I thought I saw another customer with a tea "flight". I hope that wasn't my imagination because that might be my selection next trip. Phoenix has a tea subscription service as well.

Absolutely lovely games and tea shop! They have a great selection of both, and even have some games and ttrpgs titles that are hard to find elsewhere. Best of all though, they’re incredibly LGBTQ+ friendly. The person who checked me out noticed that I was reluctant to add the trans pride sticker to my order with family nearby and told me just to toss it in, which meant the world. Thank you all! Really wish I could give more than 5 stars.

This is not just a tea shop, this place has a bunch of table games for all ages. The menu has so many options , the choices are endless. I ordered one of the Chai teas, wow. So good. This spot has counter seating as well as tables. And from the look of it, they also have a second floor with seating. My son sent me tea from here last year, so actually coming here was a treat. Might go back and get a bag or two to take home.

Lovely tea shop in Red Lodge. They have over 50 different types of teas and fun games for sale and to play in the store. They have a tea club and can get access to exclusive tea flavors. They also ship all their teas

This fun tea shop doubles as a board game haven. The menu was very overwhelming to look at but the workers here were wonderful and very knowledgeable about the tea options they had. We were able to sniff sample teas before deciding and were given recommendations for tea in which we were pleasantly surprised. There are lots of options to choose from and if you try enough of the different teas, you can even join their tea club. On the menu there are tea club exclusive teas which you have to reach a certain number of different tastings to try. The teas are very customizable and can be iced, cold, or even be made into a milk tea with cream. Although I didn't order their boba drink, it looked like the boba likely is not sweetened so make sure to add sugar if you like your drinks sweet. I ordered a candlehearth haven tea which really had notes of lychee in it and very yummy. There are also a large selection of board games on the walls for customers to try playing before buying. If I had the time to stay longer, I would love to try some new games to pass time.

I visited this place when I was in Red Lodge and I fell in love with with tea. However, I ordered some tea online because I loved it so much. That was 3 weeks ago. I spent nearly 40 dollars and yet I have still have not received my tea. I have contacted them several times and I finally got a response that the tea would be shipped. However the tracking number they gave me says it is still sitting with the shipper and that the label has been created but not shipped out. I'm pretty upset with how long it has taken especially because I spent so much on tea.

Family Reunion trip to Red Lodge and we wandered into this cute store. It's a tea shop/table games store... and Thursday nights is Open Game night.Customer service was excellent! I really enjoyed chatting with the 2 associates I had opportunity to interact with. The tea we ordered was delicious and the game options were plentiful!A group of us headed back in for Open Game night and really had a good time. Thank you for the memories! ?

I found Phoenix while wandering the streets of Red Lodge and decided to pick up a game. Their selection of board games is excellent, with a good variety of light, quick games for the family and more complex and tactical games for enthusiasts. The staff helped me pick out the right game for our group. I'll be back soon to sit for tea and try out some of their play-in-store games!
