Was calling to place an order for delivery , the woman I spoke to didn't give me her name, sounded like she was in a hurry on the phone. But I was understanding , then continued to state after I gave my address that they don't deliver on this side of town since another pizza hut closed down over here they no longer deliver to this area? Confusing!. Then contuined to say if I wanted delivery to go through door dash , before I could ask to change it to carry out the woman hung up on me. I was planning on ordering but with the rude phone call alone I'll just order through domino's. I understand being busy and being in a rush completely but you still have to at least wait for the customer respond before just up and hanging up. Hopefully she has a better day ..

Solid 1.3 on this floppy mass of oil soaked dough. 3/4 the weight of the pizza was oil. Not talking pan pizza… original crust. Left the bottom of the box looking like concrete after an oil spill. Perhaps 1.3 is too high? I even tried recooking it in a cast iron pan and it still tastes like the pizza version of a General Mills Gusher. Regardless of the deal, it was a waste of money.

Last 2 time ordering has been missed up. Last order online didn't get placed except for dipping sauce. Waited over an hour after the app said it was ready.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!Terrible customer service!!! Will never be returning again. If the women at the front counter is so stressed out that she is shouting and running around crazy I recommend a career change! To the general manager do yourself a favor and get a new front counter person. This women can not handle stress and if I was the manager and saw the behavior I witnessed she would be terminated on the spot. On top of the utter rudeness of this nasty women my food was cold and the icing on my Cinnabon oozed havazardly on one side!!! Worst take out experience of my life no exsaduradion. Who manages this place?? They should get their store in order it's RIDICULOUS!

We continue to enjoy Pizza Hut.. we are still the only one dining in. . If you're looking for good pizza and a great atmosphere come out and enjoy!
The pizza would have been delicious if I could have talked to someone local to postpone my order an hour, but the only ones I could talk to were in a call center overseas and 4 times they were going to transfer me to local and cut me off.
We went for the pizza buffet and salad bar. The restaurant was clean, and the server there was SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!! Seriously, excellent service. The salad bar was... lacking. It was all clean, and everything was chilled, but the options were... lacking. Huge vats of green and black olives , Jalapeños. No bacon bits, ceisp sweet peas, asian noodles... a typical staple of a Pizza Hut salad bar. That was not worth the buffet lunch option. Otherwise... it's Pizza Hut, you know what to expect ?
