Super accommodating front desk. Room smelled like an ashtray. Moved me to a room with a broken AC unit. Win some, loose some.

Nice place…. NO walk in shower (this is really frustrating)
Pool was great, under construction and the hot tub wasn’t hot (kinda lame)…. looking forward to a hot tub after a day on a motorcycle.
Place was functional….
The rooms certainly showed their age .

Jeanette V is an excellent server great customer service. Everytime i come to great falls i come see jeanette. Shes great at what she does!! Ill recommend her and only her everytime!!!

Had a great time. Brandon was great at checkout.

Used to come here often so recently tried again and this was my experience, I go in and it’s not even busy whatsoever so I take a seat at the bar (I’m the only one at the bar) there is two servers not even 5 feet away from me on the computer entering in orders, so I wait for one to even greet me and say hey I’ll be with you in a minute or anything like that and nothing after 10 minutes I felt like I didn’t even exist one even came right infront of my face to pour a draft beer and then walked over to another girl and they were just sitting there gossiping about their personal life I could hear every word and still didn’t even acknowledge me sitting there not even a hello…nothing, absolutely couldn’t believe it. After 15 minutes of wasting my time watching them come in and out of the bar feet away ignoring me like a ghost I got up and walked out and nobody even noticed I left. This used to be a good spot a few years ago there was consistent workers and it was always good. But time after time the service got worse and worse seems like every time we came it was new workers and we kept coming back to try it. I’m not the one to leave negative reviews. This may even be my first one ever. But they need to do better whoever is managing this place needs to step it up or get replaced. I will say the one I positive thing is the food is usually always good too bad I was completely blatantly ignored for 15 min straight when servers were feet from me and all it would have taken was a “hey, I’ll be with you in a minute” and I would have stayed and probably had a good experience and turned everything around and I wouldn’t be sitting here writing this! Do better!

The wings are awesome, the best in town. The service was less than friendly the last few times, and there was obvious tension between the staff last time. We’ll probably just stick with take out from here.

I feel bad for the waitress who was new in her job but this is a place to avoid. Stayed at the hotel and had breakfast. Service was painfully slow, food took forever to arrive. Quality was poor.Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.”

This place is everything you would expect from a sports bar. If you’re look for an affordable place to eat and watch a game, this is it. The only let down is the amount of people that they can spare to take your order is minimal before 5.

My dad and I went in to eat a couple days ago and it was amazing. Food is always fantastic. Everyone is super nice and helpful. I had an order that didn’t come out right and Chris (the manager) had it fixed pretty quick and apologized. It’s refreshing to know that there’s cooks and managers who actually cares about how the food comes out. Will most definitely be in again.

Early morning breakfast, Molly was our waitress, she was friendly, and gave great service. Chris the manager was nice.
