This motel is ok lisa is a great manager despite the up downs we may have had she tries to help others an the ideas that she comes up with for the royal motel is amazing she is great to be around an has a great sense of humor once you get to know her the owner is great as well great guy kind an sweet generously awesome in my opinion I would stay there again if given the chance toRooms: Rooms are slowly getting remodeled an they heat well quite nice an pecful at night

I have to say the number one thing I love about this place is how much lisa the manager has make this place like home. There's no drugs here and everyone is so nice. I love all the improvement the manager has made. I would truly recommend this place to someone

The Royal Motel is very terrible you can call it the skid row of Great Falls Montana management is very poor and has a very bad attitude the appearance is very tacky there is junk sitting out around several rooms Plumbing is out of date the electrical is out of date I would not recommend anyone staying there.

I stayed here sometime in the remote past and the place is what it looks to be. The poor reviews are justified. They have this room that has a window that faces the exterior wall of the neighboring business with a narrow space between the two buildings. The cops discovered a dead body that appears motel guests shoved out the window into the bushes. They are trying to find out who it was/is at present..

Shabby, unkept, barely "clean", & the rates for these rooms daily, weekly & monthly are outrageous. The owners should feel ashamed, & embarrassed to dare rent these holes out.Disgusted & appalled.
